We loved the easy access to the theater. In addition, the restaurant was EXCELLENT. How lucky we are to have this resource available to us whenever we plan to attend a show at Playhouse Square. We will stay here whenever possible.

Yes, I recommend this property.
It was confusing to get through the new lobby. The construction was obstructive and distracting. The desk staff was supposed to give us a wake-up call and it never happened. I won't stay there again until everything is finally finished!

Everyone here went out of their way to be helpful. We have stayed here before and the desk staff immediately remembered us! The room was updated and very comfortable. We liked being able to walk to good restaurants, too. We could stretch our legs and have a good meal at the end of our walk.
