Alles eigentlich perfekt: super freundliches Personal. Großes Lob an die Portier Crew und an das Team der Club Lounge. Alle dort machen einen tollen Job. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer war schön. Eine kleine Kritik; warum wird die jährliche Poolschliessung im Januar nicht dazu genutzt die
Defekten Leuchtmittel zu wechseln und die Feuchtigkeitsschaeden über dem Whirlpool (Decke) zu beseitigen. Das sollte doch in 4 Wochen möglich sein . Bitte nicht böse mit mir sein wegen der Anmerkung. Insgesamt bin ich dem Standort seit 55j. treu und dem Inter Conti Hotel seit dem Bestehen. Toll geführtes Hotel! Wunderschöne Zimmer: nettes Team ! Weiter so !

Ein zweckmäßiges und gutes Hotel in der Kategorie. Man kann dort entspannt übernachten. Schöner, hauseigener Parkplatz. Zimmer haben Klimaanlage !!! Großes Plus. Leider keine Suiten vorhanden, keine Zimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche ist schön aber schwarzer Schimmel an den Silikon - Fugen. Das ewige Problem bei Hotels mit Dusche. Hier ist dringend nachzubessern. Anti Schimmel Silikon ist da eine gute Option. Frühstück ist inklusive und absolut ok. Allerdings bitte Die Wurstwaren kennzeichnen. Was Geflügel , Schwein oder Vegan ist. Das Rüherei ist Vollei aus dem Tetra Pack. Es wird nicht in der Pfanne zubereitet sondern auch noch im Kombi Dämpfer gebacken ! Grausamer geht es wirklich nicht! Schade- daher etwas Punktabzug . Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel in der Klasse !

Welcome at Crowne Plaza Frankfurt Congress!
The hotel is located in the district Niederrad, between Frankfurt International Airport, the fairground, and Deutsche Bank Park Arena. It offers 395 modern guest rooms, with some of the higher categories even having a balcony or skyline view. A large Congress centre with 11 meeting rooms including a ballroom for up to 500 people makes every event a success. Der Aufenthalt war wieder schön. Das Hotel erstrahlt überwiegend im neuen Glanz. Die Suite war schön renoviert und ein Glück blieb die schöne Badewanne erhalten. Leider haben nur noch manche Zimmer und Suiten Badewannen. Man muss veinier Buchung genau aufpassen wenn man ein Zimmer mit Badewanne haben möchte. Es ist auf dem IHG App nicht erkennbar. Das sollte man dringend ändern. Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr „Klasse“ haben . Besonders das Rührei aus dem Vollei Tetrapack iist des Hauses nicht würdig. Das Personal ist insgesamt freundlich und bemüht.

We were very satisfied with our stay this time. The hotel has improved the quality of service. The room was nice, clean and everything worked. The staff in the IC Club Lounge in particular were once again very friendly and courteous. The pool and the warm jacuzzi are excellent for relaxing. We would love to come back soon.

In the Breakfast- and Italian restaurant there were no coffee beans for more then 3 days. How can that be in a country like Colombia?
It is very annoying that all elevators always stop on the ground floor even though you do not select the destination.

We had another lovely stay at the IC Miami. The renovated rooms are very nice. Unfortunately, there is no bathtub. That's a shame because the shower doesn't have a telephone shower. The staff in the lounge are very friendly. Alejandro in particular looks after the guests very individually. The breakfast in the main restaurant is OK but not a highlight. There isn't even a cappuccino or individual egg dishes, such as Egg Benedict included. The pool was extremely cold this time. We couldn't find out why. The gym is well equipped. The Christmas decorations in the lounge and lobby are beautiful and classy. Overall, though, a wonderful stay.

I always enjoy coming to the IC in Medellín. Unfortunately, a few things went wrong this time. Maybe it was because the hotel was very busy. Our beautiful suite had a defective sofa bed (luckily we didn't need it) and a defective bidet. Despite reporting the defect, it was not repaired. Although it would have been perfectly possible to install two hoses that were obviously missing. They simply accepted the complaint and that was that. One day we had no hot water. We were not told this either. The technician who had come to the suite. Said lukewarm would be enough. Unfortunately this is not a 5 star service. I ordered a birthday cake and never received it. After asking 5 times in the lounge, at room service, at guest service and at reception they send a piece of

by email and kindly send a bottle of wine and a cheese platter to the room as a token of appreciation for the inconvenience. That was nice of her but it was not really a consolation for all the grievances. But even at checkout it went on, as a Diamond Elite Ambassador Member I am entitled to a voucher for USD 20.00 for F and B services. The receptionist deliberately removed this from my bill! An unbelievable impertinence! After I complained, her colleague tried to fix it. But that didn't work
. They promised to credit the money to my next stay. Let's see if that works. Something positive. The team in the Club Lounge is cordial and makes every effort to make the guest feel comfortable. At least one ray of hope during this stay. Also the nice young man at the bar at the reception tries his best to take good care of the guests. Thank you to the dedicated staff for this! They deserve praise from the management. I am curious to see how things will be during my
