Treated warmly at night, then treated poorly in the morning

I arrived at Fort Lauderdale aiport, expecting to call the hotel and get the shuttle service promised. When I booked this hotel, I looked at the shuttle service and even called months prior to to make sure I had shuttle service. They said yes, don't worry, I arrived at about 12:10 am and I called the hotel. They announced shuttle service was over and get an Uber and hung up. That's exactly what I did. This put me in a not so good mood. Tired and upset, we arrived. I questioned the person in front and he apologized. To make up for that, he offered 2:00 late check out time. In the morning, we were going to pick up snacks at noon, when the morning manager said there is no 2:00 pm checkout. I felt we were thrown out by the rude manager. I had two rooms (about $600 invested) and literally were asked to leave at 12. I couldn't get over this. Literally

The Holiday Inn® Mexico Dali Airport Hotel is the best choice for both business and leisure travelers, as it is near all the important areas in the city.
Within five kilometers from the hotel you'll find the Mexico City International Airport and the World Trade Center Mexico City, the Zocalo Plaza, the Palacio de Bellas Artes, the Templo Mayor Museum, the Palacio de los Deportes, the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez racetrack and the GNP Stadium.
There are two nearby subway stations that give you easy and fast transportation to avoid the usually busy car traffic of the city.

Falta de sensiblidad del director del hotel

El director del hotel no quiso reconocer mi status Diamond para darme el desayuno de dos personas.
Con mi nombre hice una reserva de 3 habitaciones cada una habitación una persona con mi membresía me corresponden dos desayunos gratis, el Sr Directo dijo que solo era posible si la otra persona se alojaba en mi misma habitación, que sino no le correspondía ese privilegio, puedo entender que sea así, pero en todos los hoteles de la cadena cuando se ha dado una situación como esta me han dado el desayuno para los dos huéspedes. aunque no me correspondan como pueda decir el reglamento.
Lo que aconteció es que el hotel perdió dos desayunos y unos tragos.
Por supuesto que no volveré a este hotel y ni mucho menos lo aconsejaré.

Comfortable hotel near Puerto Vallarta International Airport
In the vicinity of the Marina, the comfortable Holiday Inn Express® Puerto Vallarta hotel offers guests the best experience for business and leisure travel. We are a short distance from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport , close to the International Convention Center and 19 minutes from downtown. We are the closest hotel to the city's industrial zone with a location just steps away from Hospiten Hospital, a renowned medical tourism center.
Get to know Puerto Vallarta while enjoying the sun at Los Muertos beach or take a tour; and visit the beaches of Las Caletas and Yelapa or the Marietas Islands.

Problema sin resolver

Por primera vez no me siento satisfecha de la estancia en el hotel, tuvimos un inconveniente que tanto la gerente de mostrador como la gerente del hotel (las cuales no se identificaron) no pudieron aclarar en su momento, quedando muy formalmente de más tarde brindar una respuesta lo cual no sucedió, al hacer check out se dejó el mensaje para que por favor se comunicaran a un número telefónico lo cual tampoco sucedió.

I enjoyed my stay so much, I had to come back for my birthday!!! I arrived to Champaign and chocolate and fresh fruit!!! Their Staff is amazing and so welcoming!!! The detail given to my birthday and amenities is impeccable. We fell in love with the Conair steamer they had in our room…my Husband ordered one immediately!!! We are already planning a stay in June for the Indy Nite Ride. Beautiful and elegant hotel!

Comfortable bed but rude staffs

Staffs should be knowledgeable about how to run the business with bookings affiliates. If they told us that the deposit will not be charged then they should’ve not charged. If they made a mistake of charging, they should have corrected it then.

Very Disappointing

I booked this hotel for the Final Four based on it's rating .. unfortunately, older property that had several issues .. TV didn't work, bed was uncomfortable, road noise from adjacent highway was loud, and teenage kids partying past 3 am all contributed to a lousy stay and little sleep .. plus it was over $265/night .. I wouldn't recommend this property!

Amazing service

I had a wonderful time with my family. I accidentally left my AirPods behind, but the staff were incredibly professional and helpful—they made sure they were safely mailed back to me in Toronto. I highly recommend their services!
