疫情期间曾入住此酒店，当时留下的印象颇佳，酒店位置地处会展中心，与一般的大商圈有点距离，但住宿环境相对宁静舒适，但对开车或叫车出行就非常方便。今次再入住两晚，再次感受到洲际服务的待客之道; 在入住前台办理入住手绩时，前台员工细心的聆听我等需求而作出更改，在知悉我等喜爱影活动后，立即推介附近公园景点拍摄日落的景象。在行政酒廊的服务员态度热诚，详尽讲解酒店服务范围及附近点旅游设施，加微信以方便我等在入住或身处深圳期间、在遭遇到任何问题时，可立即向她查询。并为我等安排代订酒店中的晚餐。在用餐方面，食物丰盛，对比美港澳「五星级酒店」中的自助餐品质，性价比非常高。员工的服务态度殷勤有礼，安排座位前先带领讲解餐厅每项食物的摆设位置，遇到的餐厅接待人员工作态度热情，认真及有耐性。在途经中餐厅时遇到一名男性员工，在了解中餐菜品种类后离开时，顺带向该名职员道谢，该名州际员工是这样回应的：「不用谢，这是我们应该的。其实当每一位洲际客人离开我们酒店时，只要带着微笑及感到满意，就是对我们整体员工的最大鼓舞，肯定和多谢。」听到这段说话就令我明白到，这间会议展览中心的洲际酒店明显是经过别的培训。员工由上至下都很到位，令客人感到舒服及满意。

The Best Hotel in The Area

First stay here, my rating said it all, a true 5 star IHG hotel, from facilities, room, ease of check in/out, foods and beverage ……What really differentiate this hotel is the PEOPLE. The front desk and the executive lounge staffs. Their service and attitude are the role model for all. I should have asked for their names. I checked in on 11/27 around 3pm and using the lounge that evening. The excellent service and the warm welcoming by the staff are what make me wanting to go back more

Welcome to Holiday Inn Express Shenzhen Nanshan in Shenzhen.
Shenzhen is going through the magnificent transformation from a small fishing village to a modern metropolis, which continues to build a legend of the city with the speed attracting .
Holiday Inn Express Shenzhen Nanshan is located in Nanshan District, a superior geographical location. The hotel is adjacent to the No. 11 Metro line, and only about 50 m. from Nanshan metro station,which is rich in tourism resources, such as the Window of the World, Splendid Chinese Folk Culture Village, Shenzhen Happy Valley, Nantou Ancient City, Shenzhen OCT National Wetland Park, Shenzhen OCT Tourist Resort, Shenzhen Wildlife Park and other theme parks and famous scenic spots. Many well-known real estate enterprises and some benchmarking projects had settled here, such as Mixc World, Shenzhen Bay Mixc, Coastal City, Yitian Holiday Plaza, Raffles City, etc.
Nanshan district can be described as a food paradise.There are crispy and fragrant roasted geese, cow hoofs that are full of collagen, time-honored tea-houses, etc, which will be your optimal choice when traveling.

Great spot for a short visit

The staff here are very friendly and willing to help out quite a bit. Even though nobody spoke English, they did great with apps and were very helpful.
The hallways and carpet could use renovation a bit.
The breakfast buffet was fine. Some really good options.
Also, they were very kind with providing water.
I would stay here again. It was short and sweet and I felt welcomed. It wasn't as nice as a Crowne Plaza but you get a good place for the price.

Excellent and prompt customer service during check-in and subsequent service requests. Hotel and room looked new and clean. The family room was spacious with a queen + a single bed. Location of hotel is convenient and about 150m walk to Dashi subway station (Exit C). Great value for a comfortable and affordable stay.

This is the third time I stay here. It is very close to the conference and exhibition center in Shenzhen. I booked the room with the assistance of Ms Rita, which is from costumer service department. She is very warm hearted .

From the duty manager, guests relations team, concierge team head, I could feel the sincerity expressed by them, which represented the hospitality of the brand. Yes, I admit I had higher expectations for Intercontinental Resorts and Hotels than other hotel brands in the group. This time with my own birthday, I got a piece of cake, a pack of birthday candle, a birthday card, and finally a bigger candle. I appreciated very much what George and Manager 趙 have done for me. My heartfelt gratitude for the truthfulness and attentiveness they have expressed to me. Again, the breakfast of Intercontinental Hotel has not failed me that I would like to say it’s the best I experienced so far. Thank you so much.

完美的入住體驗

原本看到評價一般般，對酒店並不抱太大的期望，但因為抵達深圳已經深夜，停留一天後又是早上的班機，所以最後還是選擇了距離機場相對近的洲際酒店入住。
入住之後很驚艷，房間大而乾淨，裝修簡約大氣，早餐種類多到目不暇給，餐點美味；行政酒廊的服務人員親切，Happy Hour餐點精緻，整個酒店所有服務人員都很親切，是一次非常完美的入住經驗。
地點位於福海河景觀帶旁，傍晚跟入夜後都忍不住沿著河岸走了一圈，非常適合散步放鬆。

唯一的缺點是離市區稍遠。
入住之後很驚艷，房間大而乾淨，裝修簡約大氣，早餐種類多到目不暇給，餐點美味；行政酒廊的服務人員親切，Happy Hour餐點精緻，整個酒店所有服務人員都很親切，是一次非常完美的入住經驗。
