Good experience

The location of the hotel is a bit far away from Shenzhen city center. A new developing area which has some shops and restaurants. The staff are all nice and helpful. We tried the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel on the second floor. The food is amazing. Both the male and female managers (Mr. Wang & Nina) are super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. We enjoyed the buffet brunch very much. Highly recommended!

Great food. All the staff is kind and helpful.
Nothing relevant to say about the hotel except they don't have staff speaking English, the restaurant menu only in Chinese and the money I spent at the bar and restaurant cannot be converted in points because I haven't paid directly the hotel reception (that is ridiculous).

Beautiful Artistic Architecture and Design

This is a beautiful new hotel near the also new convention center. It is modern and well designed. The rooms are spacious and clean. Location is far from downtown Shenzhen, so unless you are going to the new convention center, or nearby factories I wouldn't really recommend it.

Exceptional Stay at the InterContinental Kaohsiung!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Kaohsiung, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hotel is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern luxury and Taiwanese charm. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to both the vibrant city center and tranquil waterfront areas, which was ideal for exploring.
Upon arrival, the staff made me feel immediately welcome. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and efficient. I stayed in a spacious and well-appointed room with a stunning view of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch – from the luxurious bathroom to the smart tech features throughout the room.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the quality of the food and the service was exceptional.
The outdoor pool was a perfect place to unwind, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great views of the surrounding area.

My family and I stayed for two nights in Kaohsiung and we had a great experience. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helped us with sightseeing and food recommendations. Special thanks to Ted and Eason for their exceptional service and thoughtful suggestions.
The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for our short stay. The location was great, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kaohsiung.

Out of date facility

The property was large but looked very old in decor. The garden was beautiful with peacocks. Without transportation vehicle, it would be hard to reach your room without getting lost. But staffers were slow in response when you need a vehicle. Food was ok without much specialties. Club lounge was very small in a dark corner. I would rather sit outside for fresh air. Architecture was beautiful with strong local culture elements. Equipments in the gym were rusty.

Lovely hotel and lovely room. With everything you could possibly need. I didn't sleep that well although not sure why? Possibly worrying about upcoming cruise and visas.But cannot fault the hotel for cleanliness,Staff were lovely,food was lovely.And it was ideally situated.

Wonderful stay in Suzhou

I recently traveled from USA to Suzhou for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at the extra amenities at this hotel, especially for the price! The bathroom had a very large soaking tub and a roomy shower with lots of hot water. The mattress on the bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. While I had no children with me, I was in a child-friendly room that my young daughter would have loved! The room was clean, there was always plenty of bottled water available and the Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer were extravaganzas I would also love to have at home. When returning to Suzhou, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It exceeded my expectations.
