酒廊小姐姐服务态度赞，Zoe小姐姐主动提供了鸡尾酒特饮。Diana酒廊经理专业、有亲和力！整个团队一举一动都展示出色形象。

voco® wants you to have fun discovering Nanjing. voco Nanjing Oriental Pearl is set adjacent to Nanjing's stately Presidential Palace and the fashionable 1912 District. The hotel boasts exciting views of bustling Xuanwu District and lies within leisurely walking distance to trendy Xinjiekou Commercial Street. Slightly further on, you can easily make your way to scenic Xuanwu Lake, Confucius Temple and a host of other attractive places.
The hotel is approximately 36.3 kilometers from Nanjing Lukou International Airport and 4.2 kilometers from Nanjing Railway Station, both by straight-line distance. What's more, Metro Line 3 and Zhujiang Road Bus Station allowing you to travel in and around Nanjing.

酒店开业不久，硬件很新。重点表扬两位前台，实在抱歉忘记名字了，但我记得听他们说是师徒关系。两位前台办理入住过程中提现出很高的专业性，在遵照大使会员条款的基础上更倾注了满满的人情味，给越级升到了开放套。宾至如归，实至名归。
早餐属于洲际应有的水准，正常发挥。最后提个建议，地库停车太杂乱，貌似是和写字楼混用出入口和车位，给客人第一印象就很差，建议重新规划。

Limited dining option for dinner except for Chinese food

Was at executive lounge. Being a vegetarian, there was no hot food for me and they could not do anything about it other than cold salad on the spread. I then went to the restaurant downstairs for non Chinese food. There was one main course for me to order (pasta with tomato sauce) with other cold salad. I would expect more variety from Intercontinental.

We are just adjacent to Hangzhou Railway Station and 28 kilometers by straight-line distance from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.

Adjacent to Hangzhou Railway Station, the Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake East is strategically located within walking distance of the West Lake Scenic Spot, Hefang Street, Southern Song Dynasty Street, Wushan Square and many other tourist attractions, as well as the convenience of the double subway interchange of Line 1 and Line 5 and a wide range of transportation options to get around. We have always insisted on the richness and diversity of breakfast, with a perfect combination of Chinese and Western styles, freshly boiled noodles, freshly ground coffee, fresh fruits, etc. We strive to provide guests with diversified breakfast choices to meet the needs of different tastes. Nice hotel overall but quite a lot of rooms for improvement

Pros:
- Reservation confirmation email includes hotel's email address which I used to easily inform the hotel about my late check in and my arrival time
- Hotel responded my email very promptly
- Nice breakfast spread
- Got upgraded to a nice room for diamond status
- Staffs service very good. trying very hard to please the guests
- Quite new hotel with new facility
- 24hr gym with quite good equipment

Cons:
- Check in procedure took too long, have told them in advanced about my late check in. Front desk was not busy when I arrived, they could have gotten the keys and paper work ready before I arrived (some other hotels do that)
- Aircon in the room was not cold enough, seems to turn off by itself
- The raised platform for putting luggage design is bad, cannot open my luggage as there is the door that gets in the way
- No power point near the work desk
- The room layout does not support connection of my laptop to the TV for work
- Would be nice to add some local specialty for breakfast like hand-made Chee Cheong Fun. The dim sum can be improved. The Har Kau is too dry and skin too thick.
- Out of the 4 USB ports on both sides of the bed, 3 of them are not working
- The room I got had a view facing residential building, lacks privacy

崭新美丽的酒店, 但是房间听得到飞机起降的噪音...

非常崭新的酒店, 大厅非常漂亮, 服务人员态度友善, 愿意随时给予帮助, 房间整洁设施完善, 但是唯一缺点是宝安机场飞机起降的声音在房间内清晰可闻... 特别是半夜随时可能会被吵醒, 希望房间隔音可以加强, 否则会导致睡眠品质非常糟糕
