Very efficient check in with Yolanda, who recognised our IHG status. Great room and leisure facilities, in particular I appreciated the pool, which if you are a swimmer (not a bather) is decent by hotel standards. All around the hotel the dark wood finish and the plants gave it a nice feel. The duty manager at breakfast was very courteous and the dining area is full of natural light, with some very pleasant balcony tables to enjoy the morning breeze. Next time I hope to try some of hotel restaurants for an evening meal. Overall super stay, and the staff were polite and effective in their roles.

入住与离店办理都很快捷，大堂很干净，商店饭馆距离不远步行即可，距离地铁站还有一定的距离。酒店对面就是公园。总体环境不错。

一直住IHG的酒店，好的地方很多，就不说了。
有两个问题：1. 网络不是很稳定，有时候能访问有时候不能，应该是用的人太多了，没做好限速。2. 隔壁一群人打牌吵到凌晨，声音太大，隔音罩不住。

一开始入住较外围的房间, 不暖和. 有人来测试了半天, 说其实够暖和了...我坚决不行, 换了个窗朝酒店内部的房间, 还是不暖和. 大冬天的零下10度, 这个酒店就坚决不能住了
