Convenient, but doors not thick enough

The location and service was all great, but even though the bed is super comfortable, the door to the hallway was not thick enough. I could hear people talking loudly as they walked by throughout the day, which woke me once during the night. Would still recommend, just not a room near the elevators.

服務太差！令人失望透了，完全不符合皇冠假日酒店的等級。若不是公司協議酒店，以後不會再選擇此家酒店...誠心地建議酒店管理層能夠好好檢視前台人員與客房清潔人員的專業素質

Good location and friendly helpful staff

A very pleasant stay in this hotel that is close to shopping and also a stroll to Tiananmen square which was very pleasant after a long flight. Food in the restaurant serves International cuisine and quality is good. The manager of the restaurant was very welcoming and took time to ask about your day which was nice.

Good Place to Stay

This is not my first stay at this hotel. It is the beast placed to stay if you want to do business in Liwan Plaza area. 3 min walking distance to jade and wholesale jewelry market and 7 min walk to metro station.
To airport take metro line 1 and change to line 3 at east railway station (last stop to line 1) to the airport cost less than 10 RMB. Taxi to airport for flat 130 RMB
The hotel is on pedestrian street buzzing with younger people by evening, good for cheep shopping and eating. Just across from hotel famous Guangzhou Restaurant for great Cantonese food .

白金卡入住没提示送酒廊待遇就算了，我看到了他正好要撤了，我就吃几块饼干都不给，真是节约，看到我都说了连忙跑开，搞得好像我骗吃一样，别说多尴尬朋友都在场，对于这种的服务员我真是觉得无语，我住了三天，最后一天才知道，然后吃个饼都不让，我的天，留着自己吃？

除了房间热的流汗，其他都还行侧江景房风景一般般

本次入住还是挺好的，入住的时候房间已经准备好了，虽然给了一个侧面的江景，感觉少了点什么，第二天早上打电话给前台问几点退房然后告诉我可以到下午4点，虽然是搞错了中途2点多电话叫我退房，但是最后还是告诉我可以4点，还是觉得挺满意，房间的空调只能开热风房间不通风，打电话咨询客户叫我调成风速为0，弄好以后房间还是挺热，整夜都没睡好，退房的时候却说可以要求开窗或者换房间，咨询的时候却没告诉我，客户关怀有待提高

The hotel is ideally located at 191 Binhai West Road, Xiuying District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, about 42 km from Haikou Meilan Airport, close to Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, Haikou International Duty-Free City and charming holiday beach. Travel is even more carefree, the coastal Avenue near the hotel is convenient transportation, taxis are on call, easily take you to every corner of the city.
The hotel is equipped with 200 180° sea view rooms and suites, with excellent views of the sea, with the advantages of the West Coast tall buildings can enjoy the surrounding sea view and Haikou's most beautiful sunset. The rooms are equipped with LCD TVS, satellite channels, spacious writing desks and ergonomic chairs, as well as ultra-fast high-speed Wi-Fi for both work and leisure. 在海口是性价比十分高的酒店，一线海景房，房间面积够大，房间之间干扰少，很清静，但标间少了浴缸，这点有点遗憾，值得商务出行推荐！！

房间整洁舒适，设备都很新。这两天南昌降温厉害，但是酒店空调温度适中，让人感觉不到一丝寒冷。床很舒服，睡眠质量也不错。唯一美中不足的是房间隔音效果再好一点就好了。

这次入住，已经是第四次入住这家酒店。目睹了酒店到江边那条路的变化，以前路很破的时候，可以很容易走到江边。现在路修好了，想走到江边反而费劲了。嘿嘿。这次入住江景房，看着江面，心情舒畅。酒店早餐也很丰富。唯一一条，就是房间里好热，如何调整空调都没用。

2016年住过多次，床非常舒服，住宿性价比很高，比长江路新华书城那边的店还是略显陈旧。到高铁南站、机场算是出行方便。
