酒店位置很好繁华商业区，门前马路车多易拥堵。酒店环境很好，房间不错干净舒适。前台服务热情周到，印象深刻，很好的入住体检，春节期间价格也很超值。

新酒店，业务技能仍需提升

三岔湖长岛天堂洲际酒，我得知酒店是16年12月开张，本打算第一时间去感受一下，去酒店跨年的。酒店联系电话17年1月3日前拨打是空号，无法联系，手机app也无法预订。
酒店硬件配置一流，但KEF的音箱未连接到位（自己动手接上，享受了一下午）。三星的电视机挂歪了，目测非常明显。
赠送的欢迎水果其中包括一个完整的菠萝，只有一把餐刀试问如何能吃到喃？

有专门的服务人员送我们到房间入住，小朋友吃饭有专门的餐椅和很可爱的餐具。特别是在儿童乐园的时候，看到旁边大一点的小朋友在玩有安全吊绳的游戏的时候，工作人员一直跟在旁边教授并保护小朋友，很感动，让人感觉带小朋友来这里很放心，很安全！

Dine at any of the restaurants in the hotel, or spend a relaxing afternoon in the café and Charlie's Bar. Either way will be an unprecedented experience for your sense! Circles Café provides International Buffet and A La Carte, Yue Palace Chinese Restaurant offers unique Shanghainese food, and Charlie's Bar presents high quality beverages and delicate afternoon tea.
After work, you can relax in the indoor pool or hit the gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and release your vitality.

Guter Service, abgewohntes Zimmer

Der Aufenthalt war wie immer angenehm, wurde aber leider erheblich in der Bewertung gemindert, da das Zimmer und die Möbel zwar sauber aber total abgenutzt waren. Das Bad (die Dusche) war ebenfalls nicht in einem dem Preis angemessenen Zustand. Die Temperatur des Wassers liess sich nicht regulieren, war entweder zu heiss oder kalt. Ich kenne da weitaus bessere Zimmer in diesem Hotel.

ホテル近くにはお店も色々とあり充実しています。地下鉄の駅も近く、観光するにも便利です。
私はビジネス利用でしたので、ホテル内でのんびりと過ごしました。夕食は上海の友人と少し外出しましたが駅までもすんなりと行けてとても便利でした。

新开业酒店，工作人员的笑容和服务意识都很棒、一流的。房间装修味道比较大，虽然开了空气净化器还是很冲的味道，以至于第二天早上醒来感觉喉咙不舒服，公共区域已近基本没有味道了，相信过段时间房间也会好起来。酒店就在国家会展中心里面，参加展会太方便了。

来这里出差，前台很快办理入住，因附近有施工，有点吵（当然这不是酒店的问题）后来告知服务员换了一个安静的房间，很不错的服务。入住退房效率都很高！下次还会选择这家假日酒店，主要是服务很热情！
