酒店较新，周边配套还不多，温泉还没开放，很多设施还在建，酒店服务还可以，房间偏小，总体还可以，江景外面好多工地在建，属于新区

Crowne Plaza Shanghai, located in the downtown area, is around 500 meters walk to Metro Lines 10 & 11, direct access to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport and Railway Station by Line 10 and to Shanghai Disney Resort by Line 11.

酒店设施环境都很好，整体服务水平还行就是有些细节问题沟通不到位，培训上细节也欠妥。对会员的生日没有特别关照，感觉比较常规套路化服务。收取服务费也不对，需要会员自己觉察投诉。如果客户没意识到那就是无故多被收费

Welcome to Holiday Inn Shenzhen Donghua!
Shenzhen Donghua Holiday Inn Hotel is located in the central area of Nanshan, adjacent to the Hi-tech Park. It is adjacent to Shenzhen Bay Port and Shekou Cruise Center (from which you can get to Hong Kong). The hotel has two direct lines nearby: 550 meters walking distance to Metro line 11, Nanshan station. The other Line 9 is right at the hotel entrance. It is one of the nearest international brand hotels to Shenzhen airport, and you can drive 45 km to Shenzhen Guanlan golf course. The hotel has 352 rooms, 3 restaurants of different styles, well-equipped gymnasium and indoor constant temperature swimming pool, with a total area of 783 square meters, meeting space to meet your different needs.

Holiday Inn Harbin City Centre is an up-mid-range hotel managed by InterContinental Hotels Group. The hotel is located in the center of Harbin which is on the Harbin main tourist central Street (Pedestrian Street starting point) the geographical position is extremely superior. It is 800 meters away form the famous Sophia church and 1.5 kilometers to the Songhua River. There is fast and convenient transportation also, about 6 kilometers to the economic development zone, about 1 kilometers to Harbin Railway Station, about 8 kilometers to Harbin west station, about 37 kilometers to Harbin Taiping International Airport and 100 meters to the airport bus line No.3. about 7 kilometers to Sun Island Park and snow world. Hotel completed full renovation of rooms and guest facilities updates. In order to create a warm and pleasant experience in your stay the hotel have setup Unique Le Petit Paris so as to let you feel both the international & local food and beverage products and services.

1、酒店在万达度假区中的位置处于相对中心，去雪场、商业街、雪圈公园以及其他场所都比较方便。在这方面的体验超出了原本的预期。
2、酒店亲子房特色明显。房间墙纸、抱枕、小拖鞋、小浴袍、小鸭子、玩具等等，都让小朋友非常开心，从家庭入住体验来讲也非常满意。
3、仅提一个小建议：入住当天遇到每月一次的消防安全检查，但是在办理入住手续时前台并未告知，导致我们休息时被吵醒，比较严重影响小朋友的睡眠。这其实是可预知的事情，并不是提前十分钟广播就可以“表达歉意”的。如果办理入住就告知我们，我们可以不安排孩子午睡，也可以早点叫醒她或者做其他安排。在这一点上，理智上可以理解，感情上认为酒店还可以做得更好。
