Loud and outdated

The hotel common areas were outdated as well as the bathroom in our room. Loud music was played at the pool. They had separate LOUD music at an outdoor stage until 12:30 a.m. on the weekend and until 11p.m. all other nights. The staff was condescending. The beach towels we were given looked like they were 20 years old, thin and faded. The A/C unit in our room was very loud and we had to turn it off at night in order to be able to get any sleep. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

This appears to be a very old building and very outdated. The carpets were all stained and needs to replaced. The rooms were small, bathrooms not very nice at all. I would not recommend this location.

The titles in bathroom made noise like they were loose or title adhesive was bad when replacing title. I have been a IHG member since 1987. I expected higher standards for Staybridge. I used points but still didn't meet expectations.

Room I had reserved/paid for was not given to me

Booked a room with a king bed and lake view, when I got there to check in nothing was said to me and I went up to the room they gave me and it was a double-bed room. Went back down to the front desk and they had stated they were fully booked and whoever worked that morning had “blocked off rooms” so there were no rooms available that I had booked, and after looking at the computer and calling the supervisor there was still not a room available with a king bed. After saying I would find another hotel to stay at they magically found a room with a king bed, however I still did not get the lake view or a refund of the price difference, they offered a 1 drink comp at the bar.

Buenas tardes. No quisiera dejar pasar la oportunidad de darles una retroalimentación de mi alojamiento pasado, ya que me sorprendió al recibir una llamada por WhatsApp de parte del hotel en donde se me reclamaba una supuestas manchas en las sabanas y si volvía a suceder me tendrían que hacer un cargo. En ningún momento mi hija y yo manchamos dichas sabanas y en principio pues creo que fue una mala acción por parte del hotel. A
Al dia siguiente nos percatamos que nos habían retirado la cortina del baño y pues nos tuvimos que duchar sin ella.
En pocas palabras muy mala experiencia y no vuelvo con la marca.

Welcome to Holiday Inn Express and Suites Princeton. Our hotel offers the Intercontinental Hotel Groups' new Formula Blue design. The design is everything you need and nothing you don't: comfortable, practical and contemporary furnishings---All at an incredible value. Our fast Wi-Fi is free in all of the hotel. We hope you have a chance to relax and enjoy our indoor heated pool. Breakfast is served daily and is free! Ask our front desk for some great local restaurant suggestions or if you do not feel like leaving, ask us who delivers. Most of all, we hope you have an excellent stay.

Great manager. But terribly worn out hotel

This hotel is in dire need of a remake. It is worn out. The lighting in the rooms are terrible. The air conditioners make so much noise you can’t sleep and it’s very expensive for a very bare bones room. We were missing the hairdryer and it had a broken light by the bed. Management took care of that right away when we brought it to his attention.

beware of parking scam!!

Had such a great stay at the hotel...... two weeks later receive £225 in fines for parking in the car park!
Registered my license plate when i checked in, thought nothing more needed
Get an email today from rental car company with £45 in fines for every day i parked there
Called and spoke to Manager on duty and was told "oh we have nothing to do with the car park, you need to call the company that owns it"!
Really!! I paid the hotel for the car park, not the other company!
So you are a hotel advertising parking on site, but when a problem arises you have nothing to do with to do with it!
Disgusting!!!

Adjoining room is a big NO from now on

Every rating above that has poor. Is because of the adjoining room situation. You can hear everything under the door. I put pillows there but that didn’t help at all. The tv sounded like cartoons all night. Starting at 2am. I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout and they sent a note to the manager but I never heard back. I was hoping for some adjustment. I will never agree to an adjoining room again. ☹️

My family and I have stayed in Holiday Inn Express and Suites across the United States and in three countries. This hotel is well below standard. The room was not as clean as they usually are, the hotel did not smell very good, and the breakfast was terrible. However, the staff were friendly. Despite that, I would not recommend this location.
