Everything was great except for the bed

Great stay from start to finish, everything was perfect with the exception of the bed. Unfortunately it was too soft for my liking, I ended up tossing and turning the whole night. Is there anything that could be done for my future stays?

退房时物品遗留在酒店，首先酒店未主动联系告知。本人第二天发现后通过洲际大使中心联系后，酒店拒绝将物品寄回，也未主动与本人联系，相关人员在过程中沟通态度差，跟进消极，非常不专业！

- Not enough power points near the work desk
- Executive lounge evening happy hour food is average
