No, I do not recommend this property.
I really liked this hotel last time but this time I didn’t recognize anything special about it. They even downgraded their breakfast menu. Would I stay there again? Maybe but I will look for other hotels with better offerings first.

Yes, I recommend this property.
I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely return back. Not a fan of the scent being used in the lobby but the lobby itself was charming. The location is great especially if you have a car as there are not many stores or restaurants around the hotel, however the hotel is located near a nice park.

No, I do not recommend this property.
We have been staying at this hotel for years now but this last visit maybe our last. Not sure if this hotel is under new management or just that the staff is new and lacks experience. I cannot count how many times I was told “No, sorry!” to a request on this trip.

We loved this place when we visited a couple years ago. It was truly a memorable experience. However on our last stay, we didn’t enjoy it at all. Staff looked super stressed and not happy. Had to mentioned my status to hear a thank you, waited too long for our waitress to put in our food order, no good upgrade, it was just okay.

Great hotel if you need to stay around the airport. The suites are much better than the standers rooms.

This was one of the best soft opening experiences we had. Whoever picked the staff did really a great job. The location is amazing. The lounge was super. The panoramic view suite was incredible. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends and family.

No, I do not recommend this property.
We chose to travel to LA during the holiday just to try this new property. As an ambassador with a high status, I was very disappointed. They gave us an upgraded room that was 30 floors lower than what we booked( at least that is what they told us), so we opted to stay in a higher floor and not use the upgrade. The hotel did not seem fully ready for guests. Our room was missing some items such as an ironning machine and a hotel directory. The gym and spa won't open for another 6 months or so. We could not use the free movie as the system was not ready for that functionality. Over all we think what we paid was not worth what we got back in return.
What we liked was the bed. It was super comfy and soft. The views from the rooms and of course the lobby and the roof bar were amazing. Most of the staff were great and trying their best. Michael at the concierge was amazing and super helpful!
We suggest to give this hotel some months and it should be a great experience!
