Sehr gute Lage des Hotels, wenn man einen Besuch in der Mercedes-Benz Arena plant, außerdem sehr kurze Wege zu den Resten der ehemaligen Mauer und auch zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Hotel hat alles, was zu einem angenehmen Besuch gehört (Service und Essen sehr gut, komfortable Zimmer, Internet, ...)

Comfortable hotel close to Bilbao, with breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free airport shuttle.
Holiday Inn Express Bilbao is only 2 km from Bilbao Airport and 20 minutes from the city centre by bus. There are plenty of green areas around to go for walks. Green Key ecolabel certified.
The sights of Bilbao city centre can be reached by car or by bus that departs from outside the airport. The iconic, Frank Gehry-designed Guggenheim Museum Bilbao houses a world-renowned collection of modern art. There's also a Fine Arts Museum, and in the delightful Old Town, you can eat traditional pintxos and browse independent shops.
At this hotel, you can enjoy:
- A free shuttle bus to and from the airport
- A continental Express Start Breakfast, included in the room rate
- Free Wi-Fi

Kleines Zimmer aber sehr sauber

von Seiten des Zimmers sowie Service der bekannte Standard in dem man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Das Frühstück allerdings eher lächerlich. 3 Sorten Fabrikwurst, 2 Sorten Scheibenkäse. Als Eierbecher benutzt man die Waffeltütchen der Konfitüren ?.Die Bestecke sind wohl das billigste was auf dem Gastromarkt zu bekommen ist. Brötchen aus der Fabrik wie leider in so vielen Hotels. Das gesamte Frühstücksbuffet erinnert an ein schlechtes Krankenhausfrühstück. Wo bleibt der glückliche Start in den Tag bei solcher Tristess. Wir werden dieses Hotel in Zukunft ohne Frühstück ordern, da ist jeder Bahnhofskiosk preiswerter und besser.

Considero que un hotel, debe tener como mínimo un médico o enfermera al que poder localizar inmediatamente en caso de que un huésped tenga un problema.
A mí me ocurrió y desgraciadamente descubrí que no había nadie que me atendiera.
Tampoco vino nadie del servicio público de salud y el médico privado que vino, tardó una eternidad y cobró una exageración.
Considero que es causa de poner una reclamación.

Sentimos enormemente que tuviera un problema de salud durante su estancia, pero no es responsabilidad del Hotel tener un médico ni enfermera a disposición de los clientes, si usted hubiera llamado al 112 habrían venido a atenderla con mucho gusto, nosotros si tenemos una empresa privada que da este tipo de servicios a los clientes cuando lo demandan, con un coste por parte de los clientes o del seguro con el que viajan.
