I have been traveling to MTY for the past 13 years and always stay at the Staybridge when I can!! The staff is always warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the hotel is in a safe area located close to good restaurants and shopping. Also, the breakfast they serve is much better during these pandemic times than any other hotels I have stayed. Good work Staybridge...

HIE Hermosillo
Yes, I recommend this property.
I always stay at this property when I am in Hermosillo. The staff is warm and friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is located very close by good restaurants with Mexican, Italian and American style fare. I always feel safe when staying at this property. The breakfast option needs a little work but they are doing the best they can with all the new Covid rules. All in all, a good place to stay, I'll be back...

1st Stay during Covid-19 Pandemic
Yes, I recommend this property.
I think the hotel did a great job considering the new procedures due to Covid-19. The staff was very friendly and helped people remember the new way to do things during these crazy times. The hotel was clean and comfortable, as usual so the only difference from previous stays was the breakfast service and the social distancing requirements, which I feel the staff handled very well.

My 2nd stay at this property was very good. Not that my 1st stay was bad, but this 2nd stay better. The staff at this property are very friendly, especially Andrea, and the rooms are comfortable. Good work Holiday Inn Aeropuerto !!

1st Time at this property
No, I do not recommend this property.
Wasn't exactly impressed with this property. Location is a slight problem and it's not located very near any restaurants or convenience stores. On a one way street more or less that requires you to do a return depending on where you are going. They do not have ground floor rooms and didn't pay attention to my special request to be put on the lowest floor possible, even though they had my request, as a spire, two weeks in advance. Parking is an issue because of the way the entrance is situated, you have to park further from the door because of the wall that borders the driveway and they have the most premium spot reserved for the hotel shuttle instead of for the guests. I did enjoy my check in experience, Andrea was very warm

Staybridge San Pedro
Yes, I recommend this property.
I stay here whenever I can !! The location is great, conveniently located within walking distance of dining, convenience stores and a pharmacy, as well as a short drive to finer dining and shopping. The staff is always warm and friendly, the property is clean and comfortable and we always feel safe when we stay here. The breakfast area is well thought out and the food selection is good. Staybridge San Pedro is the closest thing to staying at a home, rather than a hotel room, that I can think of and this will always be my hotel of choice when I'm in this area. BTW, I stay in hotels throughout Mexico 26 weeks out of the year, and this property tops them all.

Yes, I recommend this property.
My place to stay while in Hermosillo. The staff is warm and friendly, the hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. There are some great places to eat nearby and there is also a Starbucks in the parking lot area. I've stayed here many times before and have never experienced a problem, and I intend to stay here whenever I am in Hermosillo for business or pleasure.

Staybridge San Pedro is my 2nd home
Yes, I recommend this property.
Whenever I stay in the Monterrey area I always try to stay at the Staybridge in San Pedro. The hotel is a wonderful option because the staff is warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel is located close to great restaurants and shopping. It is also close to the main road that takes into Monterrey centro and the airport. I have used this property repeatedly over the last 6 - 7 years and will continue to do so because the staff treats me like family, and it's nice to feel like it's a home when you are traveling for business.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express when I'm in SLP, which has been over the last 4 - 5 years. Great staff, great location, and great property. I had a small problem with housekeeping this last stay but the front desk staff immediately corrected it. Overall the staff is very warm and helpful and I continue to stay here when I visit SLP, for work or pleasure..
