Small, but clean

Very European in its feel and layout. Noisy heater, didn’t sleep the very best, but nice amenities and breakfast options. Staff were friendly. I mentioned twice to one of the breakfast staff, though, that the trash was overflowing and it was hard to bus myself and he did not empty it

my co-worker suggested the hotel and I did. it was different though I like the fresh coffee idea!
breakfast did not have plain oatmeal. Some people have restrictions on what they can eat.

one bad thing is I didn't receive any points on a stay. I stayed at another hotel and points are pending. What is up with that?? I will call hotel if points doesn't show up.

Nice gem - great value

I had never heard of Avid before this stay and I was pleasantly surprise with the quality I got for the price. The facility is new, modern, bed was comfortable, room quiet (they are insulated), toiletries were good size. The breakfast had good selection and the hot items were actually very tasty. They also offered free coffee, tea, and cocoa all day and night. Staff was friendly too!
