Great value and very clean

We were very pleased with our stay. We did miss coffee in room - but the positives far out weighed getting coffee in the lobby

This is a VERY modern hotel concept and was a good stay. Expect clean, modern designs in the rooms vs warm, homely feeling. I don’t mean that in a bad way. That’s just their design. Check in was easy and the room was great. No carpet anywhere, just tile. Modern designs throughout room. Plenty of electrical and usb plugs. My name was on tv when I turned it on! No bar soaps in the bathroom. They use pumps instead even for the sink. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was different compared with other IHG’s I stay at. There were only 2 hot items I saw: prepackaged breakfast sandwiches and prepackaged eggs with sausage and cheese. You can make your own oatmeal from different selections and they have yogurt, cereal, etc. This brand is a whole different concept so if you like modern looks this is the perfect place for you. If you want a more homely feel, maybe consider another IHG close by. This is the second property of this brand and still looks brand new after being open only 5 months! I would definitely stay here again. The price was fantastic. Didn’t get my usuals upgrade though.

The hotel is what you would expect in this market and I think is a very good value. I travel a lot with quite a few early checkouts. This trip was no exception, what was a pleasant surprise was when the person that checked me in gave me the times for breakfast I stated a 5 am check out. Without hesitation, she offered to have a breakfast ready for me at that time. Wow, that's not what you would expect from any hotel. I will put this hotel on my list when looking to book in the future.

One of a kind host

I've been doing Airbnb lately because of their great service provision and readily available customer care owing to the lack of it in the hotels, whether the reason would be familiarity or sheer pride, I wouldn't tell. I took on Avid as a last resort after missing out my booking with my Airbnb choice and I can undoubtedly say I never regretted it. Keep it up Avid. You are the best!!
