If you are in the need of a simple and adequate hotel for a short term, I would recommend an Avid hotel. The staff are courteous, and the rooms and lobby are stylish and clean.

Brand New hotel

The hotel was nice, but I was disappointed because I did not get the room type that I booked, there was no unflavored creamer and no sugar-free options - BUT, the manager was very prompt with making it "right", so I appreciate that.

Great First Experience

This was my first Avid stay and as it turns out, I was the first guest at this new property. I was quite impressed. I enjoyed the hip, modern look and feel. And while it's a bit more on the no-frills side, it certainly had all of what I needed for a quick business stay. Staff was super friendly and made a great dinner recommendation at a locals spot, which I much prefer over more touristy spots! I'll definitely stay at one of these properties again when the situation arises.

Modern atmosphere, clean, and GREAT service.

I was beyond impressed with this hotel. I’ve always seen it driving by and it looks modern from the outside, so when the prices were comparable to some lower end hotel I went ahead and booked a room for our girls’ night New Years Eve trip. Upon arrival it’s clean and modern, and the greeting/check in staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was personal and relatable. We were impressed with the walk in shower and provided bottles of toiletries were big enough for all girls in our group to shower and get ready before our night out. The sleep was great. The morning breakfast was incredible. I was surprised with how many options were available and the quality of the food, especially the warm breakfast. All of the staff were friendly, from the front desk all the way to the cleaning and food crew. Felt right at home. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, and received a personalized card wishing us all a happy and good New Year!

Great Hotel for quick overnight stops

Great Staff, Comfortable beds and liked the grab and go breakfast. The coffee in the lobby is the best hotel coffee I have had. I do wish I could make a cup in the room but no coffee is provided there. The rooms are very clean and efficient and have big TV's and great for overnight stay. But if staying for several nights I would prefer a larger room. The rooms are small and not may places to hang my dress clothes if staying more than one or two nights.

Instead of a closet, we have open storage that allows our guests to live out of their suitcase, but also have access to our easy to use hooks and hangers throughout the room if preferred.
