Poor Service and Smell

There was an unpleasant smell both in the lobby and in the room. I had to come back into the lobby to get my key card fixed because it didn't open the parking gate. They didn't email me a bill and when I called I was hung up on or put on hold for long periods of time. Stay away if you can.

The coffee table is hazardous

I was very pleased with the renovation done. Also happy with the services. Enjoying all of these before disaster struck in my room when I slipped and hit my head against the coffee table. I ended up at St. Helier's A&E and came out with 4 stitches below my right eyebrow. Please the edges of the table should be taped.

One of the lady’s that served breakfast didn’t brought the stuff out when we asked also there was a time that there was 5 of us waiting on the food

Hairy Hotel

Found black strands of hair everywhere.
Sheets, pillowcase, in sink, in the shower, and a sticky bed side table. I’d I wasn’t so sick with the flu I would have asked for a different room. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Had 3 Kleenex and the upstairs person stomped around at 2 am. Woke me up on and off for an hour

Great location IF...

This is a great hotel if you're looking to enjoy the nightlife of downtown Augusta...it is a few blocks from several nightclubs, liquor store and restaurants. This isn't the reason we were in town so it ended up not being ideal for us. The hotel is currently being remodeled and refreshed so it is very clean (for now). Rooms are nice, beds are uncomfortable.

Horrible staff and worst breakfast for the huge amount the charged me for.

I paid way too much for breakfast which was the worst quality and taste there was no seasoning or sugar or spices in it and the staff never was available whenever I needed them. They were incredibly stuck up and acted as though it was my fault that they're staff made a mistake and didn't put the charges for stuff on my bill or do what they're job entails and charge me for things like breakfast and then tell me I should've double checked they're own mistakes it was insane and incredibly rude. how could I check my account I don't work there u do that's ur job not mine. And then they tried to charge me for medical equipment that was left in the room and acted like I was some kind of addict but I am a diabetic. I have severe diabetes. How dare someone try to make it out to be like I am a junkie because I had medical equipment in the trash that I unfortunately wasnt able to put in my normal place which is in my own garbage bag and take it out with me I figured it wouldn't be a big deal but they tried charging me for it and I can't even believe it. How incredibly rude and disrespectful as heck. I will never stay here ever again good luck to those of you who have medial issues and want discretion cause they will try to charge you for any little issue or trash you leave behind no matter what you have going on they will not accommodate your stay or treat you equally or respectfully whatsoever. Very unhappy .Site says pet friendly I called ahead and was told by a
male employee cats were ok.
When my wife arrived the clerk said dogs only!
After a 30 minute search for a manager an exception was made.

Web page also states Pet friendly

Young female clerk was very understanding and nice
