Luckily there was a room available got there ahead of severe storms. Front desk was great room was clean and quiet like they promise. Top of the line tech as far as t.v. goes great soaps hot water!

Does not quite hit the mark

Im not sure what market they are going for here. A "cheaper" hotel experience? Set up like a European hotel (of which Im not fond of, why would you want to do that?) Hotel OK, this one was brand new so everything looked good. But not set up for the business man. Poor room lighting, fair ventilation (HVAC). Tile floors which I do not care for, gritty, prefer carpet. Staff great, parking ok, location good.

Overall good, but needs attention to detail

Hotel was new, clean, and up to date. Upon arrival I was told the hotel overbooked my room type, and that I would be in a diffrent type. This isn't a major deal, but unacceptable as a Sprite elite member, and the fact that I made the reservation based on available room types. Breakfast hard boiled eggs were nasty- tasted like chemicals and I chose not to consume . Overall I liked the concept of the hotel, just needs some polishing to be what an IHG member expects. I will have no issue staying here again, as it was clean and comfortable. If I get downgraded again, I will not stay at this brand... that's unacceptable in this day and time with the technology available.

Weve stayed here twice staff is super friendly and helpful
Rooms are clean beds are comfy and stream ur own show in the room is perfect for us I like the check out from the too
My dislikes are the breakfast there is a large variety tho just not my cup of tea overall I will continue to stay here super clean for a good price and good location

Comfy bed and great location!

We enjoyed our first stay at avid! Hotel is close to freeway with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The bed and pillows were terrific! We had a restful nights sleep. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean! Would recommend and stay here again!
