Great hotel. Brand new. It was perfect size for me. Breakfast is a quick and go. Not a full one but they have snacks available in their 24 hour market.

Our 1st time to dray at an Avid hotel. We were very pleased. The staff was awesome and very friendly. The hotel was clean and very modern. The rooms offer Watkins soaps, shampoo and conditioners. Loved to new check out process. Will stay at an Avid brand hotel again.

Totally inexperienced front desk stuff during that time. Waited for sometime to get someone at the desk. My kids and wife was shouting "anyone home". After she came out she was showing attitude that she was helping other customers. Not sure how she was helping other customers while not at her desk. Then her attitude. hanged a bit after seeing I am am a gold member. But thats not acceptable, attitude toward all customer needs to be the same. Also later when I asked her about to check late check-out at 12 instead of 11, she said no even without checking, Managers strict instruction, no late checkout. Upon insisting and telling I am a gold member, she said OK, but was not clear. Clearly, she was not there for customer service. I had had to check next morning with the employee (who was actually very nice) to ensure if that is OK or not.

We do offer later check out times for our IHG Rewards Club members and we do apologize for the confusion. Our front desk associates do sometimes need to step away from the desk to assist other guests and should return promptly. We are glad the following morning you were able to clarify that late check out was available for you. We hope you'll stay with us again to give us another opportunity to make it up to you the next time you're in OKC.

We were anxious as we anticipated our arrival, being a first time guest at this new hotel.
We were put at ease very quickly upon arrival. From the professional and atttentive approach of the front desk representative to the cleanliness, comfort and safety of the hotel, we felt so satisfied with our stay and experience at the Avid Hotel. Our daughters thought they were staying at a first class, ultra modern and hip hotel. We kind of agreed.
The only thing we would recommend is that the breakfast include some vegan friendly hot options.
Nonetheless, we will look for an Avid Hotel at every destination we chose to travel to in the future.
