Our stay was the worst in history of beeing and Ihg member.
The room was infested with bugs and they bit me everywhere, disgusting!!!
I catched one and showed it to the manager, I showed her the bites on my body.
She was very sorry and that was about it.
I even got charged for the room. Ridiculous place.
Very dirty and very disappointing.
Ihg needs to step up

Before we book with the hotel I made many calls to the centerlized reservation and in house reservation to make sure that the one bedroom apartment is accessible and all confirm that. We also requested an early check in since my father needs a special care and has a priority specially in UAE. Once we reached the hotel the indian girl in the front desk was not caring to the situation and her atitiude was very rude, not helpfull at all and she should not be facing any customer because she doesnt have the skills. The room was not ready my father was sick she didnt care at all. Im a member with ihg and i never thaught i would have this treatement in any ihg hotel! Once they gave us the room the apartment was not accessible! Why would the reservation team confirmed that! We had the worst stay ! The only thing that kept us from leaving the hotel is Amal ! She is the best and i hope she has the authority instead of the indian girl! I never hated a hotel because of a staff memeber like her. She even entered our room after she gave us a half an hour late check out! And called me to say that why our stuff are still in room!! An hour before the confirmed checked out time!!!! She even tried to check the safety box!!!!

Hard beds. Rude staff. Sidewalks broken. This hotel was hard with my disability and I asked for a room closer to the lobby and I got the opposite. The staff was extremely rude especially the morning check out staff.

Location was great with easy access to all the places I needed to be. My room was clean and the bed and workspace comfortable. Loved the bathroom; the large size, lighting, and walk-in shower as well as all the Dove skin and haircare products at the sink and in the shower space (full size wall mounted squirt bottles, not mini travel bottles). BUT, I was totally disappointed that the window shades (only operated by a remote) didn’t work, no instructions provided on how to work the high-tech wall thermostat, and a TV remote where buttons are to be toggled, not pushed (but didn’t know that until I asked housekeeping because there were no instructions on how to work that either).

Our room was dirty. The toilet had a ring around the water like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The floors were dirty. The towels looked dingy. There were crumbs on the desk chair. We booked that hotel to relax in the pool but were told it was “down for maintenance” when we arrived. It was a disappointment.

My family & I checked in Friday evening, after being on the road most of the day. My 9year old daughter goes to take a shower & found a pair of disgusting, bloody, dirty underwear in the bathroom from the last guest. I went to front desk to inform them about it. He informed me he would send someone to come remove it. After like 15 mins of waiting & no one showed up to remove it. I had to go back to the front desk & demand it be removed now! One of the workers volunteered to remove it for me. THEN the next morning as we are checking out, my daughter again found a drawer that contained condoms, used sex toys along with open bottles of lubricants. I again had to go complain. The whole stay was just DISGUSTING. Whoever was responsible for cleaning that room did a horrible job. My daughter touch some of those items not knowing what they were. I am a rewards member & travel alot for my children. This has by far been the most disturbing & disgusting trip/room we have ever been in. We were in room 106

Last minute decision to stay while traveling home from spring break. Nice location, comfy beds (one reason I always stay HIE) but odor in the room, dirty towels/bathroom, and killing a roach in the bathroom upon entering our room. Check in staff wasn’t the friendliest but sometimes that’s par for the course. Overall ok stay
