Welcome to the Holiday Inn of Rockford, IL conveniently located at exit 15 of I-39/90 for all your business and leisure needs while in the Rockford/Belvidere, IL region. We are located near many businesses like General Mills, Collins Aerospace, Ingersoll Cutting Tools, Exelon Byron Nuclear Generating Station and all regional medical facilities/hospitals of MercyHealth, OSF Healthcare/St. Anthony Hospital, UW Health (formerly SwedishAmerican). We are also near many regional sports facilities like the MercyHealth Sportscore Two and One, UW Health Sports Factory, BMO Center, Carlson or Riverview Ice Arenas. Other nearby attractions include Rockford Casino (A Hard Rock Casino Opening Act), Midway Village Museum Center, Anderson Japanese Gardens, Discovery Center/Burpee Museum campus, Coronado Performing Arts Center, Klehm Arboretum. Our complimentary shuttle operates daily to the Rockford International Airport (RFD) 7:30am–10pm based on availability.
Our onsite restaurant serves reasonably priced breakfast daily. Scoreboard Bar & Grille serves lunch and dinner with menu items still including the Hoffman House Friday night fish fry and Saturday’s famous prime rib. We recently remodeled and our guests can now enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, parking and access to the largest indoor hotel pool in the city. Our remodeled guestrooms include a microwave, mini-fridge; Keurig coffeemaker, flat screen TV, room darkening shades, comfortable desk with USB ports.

All the front desk staff (check-in and check-out) we're super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We often stay here on our way to visit family in the Midwest, and we've never been disappointed.

Candlewood Suites Lancaster West.
Come experience the Amish Country or go shopping at some of the best designer outlets. The hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi to all its guests, along with free parking. The property consists of a heated indoor pool and a general fitness center. We were built in 2017 and offer 85 rooms, each equipped with a full kitchen. This newly constructed hotel has four floors is located close to many destinations. We offer ADA accessible rooms and large suites. The hotel houses a cupboard where complimentary coffee is offered and guests may purchase snacks. Whether it’s a business trip, weekend getaway, or a reunion, we are here for your every need. We are 100% smoke free.
The hotel is located right off of Route 30 and very close to many attractions. We are situated outside of Lancaster City. Guests will find many farmers markets and country charm throughout their stay in the area. Lancaster County has many different types of fairs, shows, and events going on all year long, please feel free to ask our front desk staff for local and current suggestions. We are also close to many large businesses. Some of the major businesses include Armstrong and Lift, located less than two miles away. Lancaster General Hospital is about fifteen minutes from us.

Reserving a room many days in advance doesn't seem to mean much to this location and perhaps the chain. You cannot count on having your stay requirements met and may want to consider other options. Our needs were ignored and no options provided.

Had a terrible experience with all staff members. The woman working the morning coffee bar was so rude, my husband and I were personally offended. She made a specialty coffee for a maintenance worker and when we asked for coffee, she was extremely rude saying "people usually go to the other side to order specialty coffee". Obviously we did not know that, we've never been to this state before and the sign said "coffee bar" so we rightly assume coffee can be ordered at that bar. When asking a manager and front desk agent what time check out was, they looked at me very meanly and answered only after doing so. Overall terrible customer service, do not stay here unless you want to be treated badly. I am the front office manager of a hotel in Ohio and if my staff treated guests this way, they would be immediately fired. Not acceptable.

It was my husband’s and I anniversary and we wanted to do something different, we decided to get a romantic getaway and when looking for places to stay, this hotel caught my eye immediately, the design, location and restaurant was perfect for our special day. The room was clean, comfortable, great interior, lighting, everything exceeded my expectations, great price and excellent service. The restaurant was good and perfect for pictures very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely come back, and recommend to my friends and family.

Everything about this place was fantastic. The space was clean and decorated very nicely. Staff was super helpful and nice. The GM was also the biggest help for all of our needs regarding our room block for our wedding guests. Would recommend this place to everyone!

The architecture of the building and height of the ceiling in our room was impressive. The front desk staff was friendly. We were disappointed to find the jet tub in our room not functional and the breakfast bar was very unimpressive. Not much was stocked and the staff member working the breakfast area was being unprofessional. Parking was not ideal. They offer valet or there is self parking a short walk away.

Used to be better when I'd come down for business. No more waters on check in, they never seem to know what's going on now, it's frustrating getting off an all-day flight and someone is fumbling around and doesn't know we paid already, how to make a room key, etc..
They cleaned our room once during the 4 night stay, I had to get more towels because they were not cleaning the room.
We got charged more on Saturday night even though I booked 4 months in advance.

We came for Niagara Falls and this hotel was within walking distance. A member of our party has trouble walking and he was still able to make the short trek. We had some minor issues with the room but hopefully after having let them know about the issues they will be resolved for the next person. Anchor Bar was nice and food was great!
