The service at this hotel is outstanding and teh staff go out of their way to make your stay a great experience.
The location is central to all and the dining experience was excellent.
The rooms are well laid out with top class furnishings. The restaurant and bar service wears outstanding the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay and will certaly come back again.

I was really impressed by this hotel the staff were outstanding from check in to check out.
The restaurant food was excellent and the staff for both lunch and breakfast were outstanding.
The room was very clean as was the bathroom.

Great place to stay and the staff are outstanding. The Club lounge was very welcoming and drinks and snacks made available were more than sufficient.
Breakfast was good as was the service, I also really enjoyed the bar as the staff were very interactive. The rooms are clean and well serviced and have sufficient amenities.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at this hotel and the service through out is outstanding all the way from check in, Club Lounge, Food, drinks outlets the staff through out the out hotel go out of their way to make you feel special. The suite rooms are excellent and the view of Hong Kong Harbour is outstanding.
Overall very happy with my stay and will certainly be back.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and the service is consistently very good. The service through out the hotel is excellent and the hotel location is great no matter where you want to go in Singapore as you are close to great eating places, shopping and public transport.
The club lounge is also very good and serve great snacks in the evening as well as breakfast in the morning.

I have stayed at this hotel several times this year and stayed again recently with my family from June 28th ~ July 1st. I have many hotel options in Amsterdam, however I started staying in this hotel in since early 2023 and I find the staff are amazing as is the location I.e. close to Metro, main line Trains and 20 minutes by car to Schiphol airport. The rooms are very good, clean and the breakfasts are excellent as is Japanese restaurant. The staff in the restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful.
Check in and check out experience is excellent as are the staff. I highly recommend this hotel if you are on your own and or with family it has the complete package.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel and went to all the outlets within the hotel that were where outstanding in both service, willingness to help and overall ambience.
I was picked up at the airport and was checked in at the Club Lounge. The arrival experience was very excellent, and I would like to thank Ica, Monice, Antara, Bambang Ada and many others who helped and assisted me throughout my stay.
Additionally, I had lunch, evening meals and drinks as the Jimbaran Garden and the personal service was outstanding, I also had breakfast and afternoon tea in the Club lounge and the service, quality of food and drinks was outstanding.
I also had a very relaxing massage in the spa, and this is another area of high level of attentiveness and the staff are amazing.
Overall, the staff at the Bali InterContinental hotel are amazing and really go out of their way to make my stay memorable.

Another excellent experience all the way from check in, restaurant experience the staff overall are outstanding and very friendly and professional. The Japanese restaurant is excellent as are the staff as well. I am certainly looking forward to coming back in June 2024.
The location of the hotel is also very good close to Schiphol airport and within walking distance to the Metro and Train stations.
