I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel and went to all the outlets within the hotel that were where outstanding in both service, willingness to help and overall ambience.
I was picked up at the airport and was checked in at the Club Lounge. The arrival experience was very excellent, and I would like to thank Eca, Monice, Antara, Bambang and many others who helped and assisted me throughout my stay.
Additionally, I had lunch, evening meals and drinks as the Jimbaran Garden and the personal service was outstanding, I also had breakfast in the Club lounge and the service, quality of food and drinks was outstanding.
I also had a relaxing massage in the spa, and this is another area of high level of attentiveness.
Overall, the staff at the Bali InterContinental hotel are amazing and really go out of their way to make my stay memorable.

Although there was still some renovation work ongoing within the hotel, however it did not disturb my stay at all.
From pick up at the airport, check in, check in I had no issues. The staff overall are outstanding and very helpful throughout the resort and they are more than happy to help and assist when required.
The breakfast and the other food outlets was excellent as was the service.

This is my favorite hotel in Bali. The staff are outstanding and they go out of their way to help in every way. The hotel also have very good hygiene protocol’s in place and I felt safe in all location with the hotel and the transport that they provided to take me to the airport.

I have stayed at the Intercontinental Bali several times now and the service just keeps getting better. It actually feels like coming home and meeting old friends. I know people are reluctant to travel during this current COVID pandemic, however, the hotel has excellent control in place with social distancing, hand sanitizer's all over the hotel all staff wear face masks. The overall service I had during my stay was excellent all the way from pick up at the airport, check-in, food and beverage service, room cleanliness, check-out etc. I can't wait to come back.

Our experience from Check-in, the cleanliness of rooms, food and the staff was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to help me and my family in everyway. Myself and family spent 5 days wonderful days in your hotel from October 5th ~ October 9. We stayed in one of the Villa’s and the experience was exceptional. We have stayed in the Intercontinental Bali 4 times now and it just keeps gets better each time.
The hotel has outstanding staff all the way from the cleaning staff, Butlers, Club Lounge, Jimbaran Garden Restaurant, Sunset Bar, Spa etc. We really appreciate the way the staff treat their quests it is with the utmost respect and nothing is any bother for them.
There is not one area of the hotel which we could say was better then the other. All areas of the hotel are the same and the consistency is outstanding.
My two children were treated exceptionally well as the staff became like an extend family.
I would like to thank the Intercontinental Bali Hotel for a truly great experience and being served by an outstanding and dedicated team and we looking forward to returning.

We was very lucky to have booked and stayed at the Intercontinental Bali in the Imperial Villa as it was a great experience that both my family and I enjoyed. The experience exceeded our expectations by far. Your staff are a credit to the hotel and they certainly go out of their way to make you feel most welcome. It is actually like being with friends.
We really had a great time and my children were really enjoyed all the facilities available. I could not say that at area was better than the other. The service through out the hotel is exceptional.

The Imperial Villa was excellent and Mr. Antara and Mr. Bambang who helped and assisted us during our stay were absolutely brilliant and could not do enough to help us.
We have stayed at many Intercontinental Hotels through out the world and I can say without a doubt that the Intercontinental Bali is the best by far for the service it provides to its guest and your staff are by far the best I have come across as their smiles are 100% genuine.
