Been staying in this hotel for the past four years whenever I visited this are of the city. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. I have no major complaints about the guest-room I stayed. Nevertheless, it would be good if all the bathroom towels could be replace with new ones now.

I checked in using the airport shuttle which is free by the way. Afterwards I was assisted with my stuff to the receptionist which spoke good English and verified my information along with the perks that came with my membership status. Once I I arrived at the room, I noticed it was at the top of the floor which had an amazing view. I quickly showered to catch the restaurant before it closed. I managed to make the restaurant which was at the very top of the hotel which also had an amazing view. I slept at the room which was quiet ask had one of the best nights rest I've had to date. The next morning, I managed to go to the gym, which was hard to find, but still found it due to numerous steps. I ate at the breakfast restaurant downstairs which had a buffet. Afterwards I hanged out for a while before I had to check out around 1pm. I caught the shuttle bus back to my flight. Overall great staff, location, restaurant, room and will most likely come back here if I'm in the area again.

對於酒店員工的服務態度非常滿意，由入住，前台以至房間之清潔都非常細心，酒店对住客的照顧都非常細心，床頭擺放了一支令客人容意入睡之噴霧，非常貼心，在早上整理房間之後曾短暫回到房間逗留及休息，但在晚上再次回到房間時發現房間再次主動被整理一新，令客人感到非常舒服。
