From start to finish, our experience was wonderful.
Always greeted with a smile, the front desk staff ensured there was balloons , a happy birthday sign, and characters made out of linen on the bed for my daughter’s 16th birthday. The pool is clean, nice atmosphere.
The rooms are large , clean, comfortable.
Parking is convenient. Location is convenient.

Not a great stay!

Our party checked into the rooms when we arrived; the check in clerk got the rooms mixed up via the names. One couples keys did not work 90% of the time even after being switched out by the front desk. My rooms air conditioning barely worked, blew room air temperature at best. The carpet was filthy, my feet were black after walking around the room for 30 minutes. There was a lot of noise from other guests, not quiet at all. Please consider these things carefully when making a choice to stay here.

Welcome to this 4 star hotel in Guadalajara perfect for extended stays, in a fully- equipped suite for make yourself at home. We are an excellent choice for those looking for a long term hotel.
Staybridge Suites Guadalajara it is a business hotel, that offers an apartment style hotel, all suites include a full kitchen, living room and work area. In addition, we have a variety of amenities, Fitness Center, Business Center, complimentary parking, convenience store, laundry facilities and a barbecue area. We also are a hotel with free breakfast, as well as a complimentary evening reception from Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 where you can enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks.

Lamentablemente, mi reciente estancia no cumplió con las expectativas que tenía, especialmente en cuanto al trato recibido por parte del equipo de recepción. Desde mi llegada, no fui reconocido como socio de su programa de fidelidad, y fui yo quien tuvo que solicitar el upgrade correspondiente como miembro Diamante, lo cual debería haber sido gestionado de manera automática. Además, las interacciones con varios miembros del equipo fueron bastante desagradables. Cada pregunta o solicitud que realicé parecía ser vista como un inconveniente, lo cual generó una mala impresión. No obstante, me gustaría destacar la amabilidad de una de las colaboradoras (aunque lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre), quien fue muy atenta y amable, contrastando positivamente con el resto del equipo. La actitud de algunos empleados no es acorde con lo que uno espera de una cadena como Staybridge, que se promociona como un lugar donde los huéspedes deberían sentirse como en casa. En mi caso, no experimenté esa sensación de bienvenida ni de confort que se promete. Por todo lo anterior, dudo si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel, ya que la experiencia fue, lamentablemente, muy por debajo de lo esperado.

I was in town for Daytona bike week 2025 I stayed the the previous year in 2024. The service was excellent then as it was great this year the staff was very gracious to help me get checked in the night desk. Supervisor Veronica.Carbajal was the best I highly recommend staying here for any of your vacation needs while you’re in Kissimmee, Florida, or visiting the adjacent area. I will be coming back every year to Daytona. This is where I will be staying. The breakfast is outstanding. The staff is amazing. The rooms were clean. Just a great all-around trip along with the State. I highly recommend staying at the celebration area, hotel and suites IHG

Llevo años quedándome en ese hotel 4 o 5 semanas por año t esta última estancia ha sido la peor de todas.
Encontré a una cucaracha caminando sobre la cama. A pesar de qué me cambiaron de habitación a una enfrente, la cual por cierto huele a humedad el baño (915), me quedo con la mala experiencia.

Please avoid this hotel. It is not clean. Found roaches in the room. Front desk male was yelling at someone on the phone and were selective in who they were friendly with. Not an overall good experience.
