Not best Ihg experience

At first, the staff was not friendly, possibly because we used our rewards as IHG members to book our stay. Compared to other Holiday Inn hotels, this location had the least friendly staff. Additionally, the facilities were lacking. At 8 AM, breakfast time there were no eggs available in the warmer, and no coffee was offered.
The room itself was dirty; the bed sheets and pillowcases were stained and looked crumpled as if they had not been changed from the previous guest. This was our first time experiencing such a poor stay at a Holiday Inn.

Worst experience yet

We were not warned ahead of time that the HVAC system was broken. Upon arrival, we were asked to preview our rooms to check the heat level before we decided to stay. It took two rooms to find a comfortable room. Even then, box fans were there to keep us cool. The room we were given needed much repair. The elevator lights were broken, and we had to ride in dark elevators in the middle of the night. I also needed some alergy meds in which the hotel did not carry in any convenience mart.

Booked and called to find out pool hours. After finding out pool was undergoing renovations, I cancelled. This was within twenty minutes of booking. I have heard absolutely no response from my request to cancel, even after two emails. Instead, my card was billed and I am asked to write a review .

Holiday Inn Express Bommasandra is the only international branded hotel situated in the Electronic City, Bengaluru. The hotel is conveniently located near Electronic City – Jigani - Bommasandra Industrial area.
We are right on the National Highway and a short drive towards Bengaluru city. The location aesthetics of the hotel makes corporate guests choose us as their preferred partner.
Lip-smacking menu spread at our All-day dining restaurant along with in-house meeting room spaces for social & Corporate get togethers can make any event really easy and so exciting. Our Fitness centre with the state-of-the-art gym equipment will deliver an elevated experience in exercise for every one of our clients.

Poor Service

for last 3 month I am staying in this property, as per my experience handling customer issues is a big concern may due to limited number of staff in hotel. This time I have ROOM NUMBER 331 in front of lift lobby which was not comfortable all the time, I requested to see possibility to change room, but no one came back to me. If this kind of poor service again n again, I may not be staying here. Hotel Manager is super busy person, I tried to contact him during my Jan-25 stay but he never responded on mobile.

Our hotel is in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District , right on the main route for Mardi Gras parades, and steps away from the National WWII Museum , Ogden Museum of Southern Art, and the St. Charles Avenue Streetcar.
Within a 10-minute walk, you can immerse yourself in the menagerie of the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Cafe du Monde, Harrah's Casino, and the Garden District.
Sports fans will enjoy being blocks away from the Caesars Superdome and Smoothie King Center, while our business travelers will have easy access to the Ernest N. Morial New Orleans Convention Center, Tulane Medical Center, and LSU Health Sciences Center.
Many universities are within a short distance from our hotel, like Tulane University, Loyola University of New Orleans, Dillard University, and the University of New Orleans.

Not handicapped accessible, beds unsafe

You apparently didn't read my last review. Our stay sucked! The queen bed was above waist high -- it was almost impossible to get in, especially with a bad leg. The hassocks were on wheels so they slid out while trying to climb into bed -- definitely a safety hazard. There was a 3" ledge to get into the wheelchair accessible shower which made it unaccessible; access to the adjustable shower head left way to high for my 5'3" to reach standing; aisles too narrow for a person to pass the desk chair if occupied; desk too narrow for our laptop; no lights in the headboard -- missing bulbs. The king room wasn't much better except the bed was 6" lower - but still above butt high for our handicapped cousin. Only one safety rail in the shower on the opposite side of the faucet; again access to the shower was left way high. Staff, especially the night crew was not caring or helpful. Day crew listened but no suggestions. No other handicap rooms were available. We were so miserable we left a day early -- we were not charged for the extra day but the airlines charged us for changing the flight. The WWII museum has you on their list of recommended facilities. They will not be recommending the Holiday Inn for their aging visitors. We have stayed in low end hotels with better accommodations.

Bad experience. Room floors and carpet were dirty. Housekeepers kept loud conversations in the early morning hours in the hallway.

Stay Your Way at the Holiday Inn® Timonium

Disrespectful staff

i have a Medical Alert Service dog and a Medical Alert Service dog in training. I called TWICE prior to my stay to verify that she was allowed in the hotel because the Google search and the IHG website for the hotel were in conflict. Upon arriving in the late afternoon I was met at the front desk by two women both of which were rude and disrespectful towards me. I explained that I HAD called and verified her acceptance. I asked to speak to the manager and was denied my request. The woman named “Dee “ removed her name tag when I asked her name. “Dee” inserted herself into my conversation with the other representative and was incredibly rude, unprofessional, antagonistic and interrupted me every time I tried to explain my situation to the representative checking me in. She needs to be fired in my opinion.

There was no hot water in my room. My toilet wouldn't flush. The dishes in the kitchen were filthy. My room phone didn't work. The light in the bathroom constantly flickered. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast; just complimentary coffee, but he coffee machine was out of order. The majority of the machines in the laundry area and fitness center were also out of order. The staff was friendly, but seemed powerless to help with any concerns.
