Holiday Inn Express Bommasandra is the only international branded hotel situated in the Electronic City, Bengaluru. The hotel is conveniently located near Electronic City – Jigani - Bommasandra Industrial area.
We are right on the National Highway and a short drive towards Bengaluru city. The location aesthetics of the hotel makes corporate guests choose us as their preferred partner.
Lip-smacking menu spread at our All-day dining restaurant along with in-house meeting room spaces for social & Corporate get togethers can make any event really easy and so exciting. Our Fitness centre with the state-of-the-art gym equipment will deliver an elevated experience in exercise for every one of our clients.

Horrible room service and restaurant Team/staff

I stayed for 6 days and my colleague stayed here for 2 days in from 21st to 27th April. On my 3rd day of stay my colleague was suppose to check in at 2pm, but with me he had just one tea in breakfast area before check in. So the hotel says we need to pay for the tea. I requested them price or charge is not the issue but the hospitality kind of this is not welcoming or acceptable. But hotel didn't flinch also on this feedback.

Nice hotel with a couple of small issues

Staff were great when checking in and the breakfast was wonderful with great staff.
Disappointments…, cockroach in the bathroom on the counter. Checking out the staff wouldn’t even acknowledge us. Didn’t tell them about the cockroach because she was too busy paying attention to the guys cleaning the windows. We were non existent

Friendly Staff Room Not Clean

The staff was friendly and at first glance the hotel looked nice enough. Our rom was ready several hours before check-in which was great. However the room was dirty with greasy hand prints on all the doors, the refrigerator had not been wiped out in some time and there was old spills in it, greasy headprints on the headboards, sticky spills on the nightstand, the bathtub looked dirty and the drain had a lot of hair in it. When we adjusted the TV on the swivel arm dust fell out and we discovered there was a ton of dust on the back of the TV. It is clear other than a basic wipe down and linens changed the room had not been well cleaned in some time. We ended up going to buy wipes to wipe down the room ourselves. We will not be staying here again.

We are for many years IHG members and it was the first tome that the room cleaning did not occur during our whole stay
I spoke to the front desk about it and they only told me that maybe we did leave the signal of Do not disturb....
I´m still surprised why nothing happen with clening even if I insisit durin our stay

In all my holiday in stays this was the worst

We called before check in to make sure pets were allowed and we weren’t told about any additional pet fees until arrival. We chose a hotel we thought would include breakfast but this specific one didn’t we had to pay 40 each day for breakfast which we opted to do because we had a puppy with us and wanted to stay on site. We also always enjoy that kids eat free at these locations which was advertised. It wasn’t until after the room was paid in full and confirmed that we received an email stating the restaurant was closed at this hotel and we figured we would be reimbursed for breakfast and would order skip the dishes to the room. Upon arrival they did not reimburse us, they gave us only two coupons for the restaurant next door that had a value of 7 dollars each and they could only be used on one specific breakfast not towards any breakfast we purchased so essentially we paid 80 for breakfast and received only 15 in coupons and only ended up using one as we didn’t want the breakfast choice that was offered. The receptionist also didn’t tell us this on check in he only handed us two free breakfast coupons and said to use a QR code for instructions in which he couldn’t find.. And we ended up also paying for all the kids to eat . We also had to leave the puppy alone in the crate in the hotel room which we had not planned . So our hotel stay went up in price drastically . We arrived at 12:00 at night due to some delays in our drive. The parking was at the back however the back doors are locked and cannot even be accessed with a key card so we had to ask the receptionist to hold the back door for us to get the kids and dog and crate in without having to travel around the building.
We also booked this stay as a little family retreat to bring our puppy- go to gopher dunes for dirtbiking for the day and have some pool time with the kids.

Once we were in the elevator and headed to our room finally the kids seen a sign in the elevator saying the pool was also closed…. Which is a main reason why we booked the hotel and the kids were then crying and upset and hard to get down for the night and it was too late to switch hotels after our seven hour hectic drive…
I have stayed at so many holiday inns and have never been disappointed in such a way.

Our Ontario California hotel offers Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, gym, and 24/7 Business Center. Less than a block from the Ontario Convention Center, the Holiday Inn Ontario Airport is also only 6 minutes from the Ontario International Airport (ONT).
Go shopping at Ontario Mills with more than 200 stores and restaurants or pay a visit to Ontario's oldest existing business, the Graber Olive House, home of the renowned Graber olives. Catch a local sporting event or concert at the Toyota Arena/Citizens Business Bank Arena with friends or take the family to the Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park with over 150 acres of recreational activities. All less than 10 minutes from our Ontario hotel.
After a day of exploring, relax and unwind in our rooms featuring a flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.
Additionally, our hotel boasts 5,000 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and banquet space with full-service catering and AV rentals for your next event, big or small.

Very Disappointed

From the moment I checked in and they had the wrong room reserved. Finally after three rooms, they got the right one. The room was never cleaned five days there no housekeeping I had to go downstairs in the evening to get clean towels,coffee cups and coffee for the room, the bathroom smells like sewage And the noise of laughing and yelling all the commotion every night right next to my room and downstairs in the lobby The air conditioning unit had a loud buzzing noise going all night, weather it was on or turned off. very unprofessional I was never acknowledged as a member at check in and never offered anything whatsoever. I will never stay there again very disappointed. I would have left after the first night, but I had pre-paid with points and money. Five nights, which were supposed to be fun and vacation time turned into misery.

And sun glasés. Etc. THE hotel told me that they are not responsible for damages at the parking S o I Called Oner of the parking lot he did send a security act like. The wanna Help buy is just like scam. Never call back for fixing my glass
