A very good stay in Lisbon!

The Hotel is brand new and located in a old building that was entirely renovated inside. It gives some "cachet" to this Hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. The personnel is very welcoming and takes care about the clients. I do regret that there is no restaurant in the hotel or room service.

Hotel facilmente raggiungibile dalle grandi arterie viarie (GRA, Autostrada A1), ma ubicato in una zona tranquilla. Personale molto attento alle esigenze del viaggiatore. Buon relax notturno. Colazione soddisfa tutte le esigenze.

La posizione dell'albergo è molto centrale. Il personale giovane e professionale. Le camere confortevoli e pulite. mi è piaciuta molto la doccia spaziosa e moderna. DIRTY TOWEL

Overall this hotel is excellent however I had a towel that was stained with faeces which I only discovered when wiping my face with the towel after a shower. This was not a pleasant experience. I informed the reception desk of the dirty towel and the receptionist merely apologised. I was surprised at this as on the rare occasion I have had cause to complain previously I have been offered some form of compensation ie a bottle of wine in my room or a box of chocolates or even just a drink at the bar. I therefore suggest you examine the towels at this hotel before you use them.
