The 19-floor ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama is a city landmark. Stroll across our elegant Lobby beneath the spectacular Italian chandelier with its blue-sky ceiling motif. You can head to your stylishly designed room or Suite to choose from 5 types of Sleep Advantage pillow, or celebrate your arrival with drinks in our top-floor Astral bar.
ANA Crowne Plaza Toyama is conveniently located next to Toyama International Conference Center and opposite Toyama Castle in the city centre. JR Toyama rail station is a 5-minute drive away or 15 minutes by foot. The city's tram system has a stop right outside the hotel. You can reach Toyama Airport, 8km away, in 20 minutes by taxi or bus.
Be greeted by our friendly doormen and bellboys before teaming up with the Crowne Events Director to organise seminars at the hotel or the Convention Center next door. オープンしてすぐだった為、団体客が多く当初は混んでいたが30分程すると空いてのんびり食べられるようになった。急ぎでなければオープン当初は避けると良いと感じました。忙しい最中でもスタッフの対応は丁寧でテキパキと動いていて好感をもてました。
マイナス点はエレベーターの待ち時間が長いと感じました。

成田空港近辺でベストホテル

某国の旅行者の方々がロビーでうるさいのはちょっと問題ありですが、これは何処でも同じ。空港からホテルへのシャトルバスも時間帯によっては待ち時間が長くなりますが、これも何処のホテルでも抱えている問題です。成田空港近辺のホテルで価格・サービス・部屋の広さ及び清潔さを考慮するとベストなホテルだと思います。

ANA Crowne Plaza Niigata is 10 minutes' walk from JR Niigata rail station, where Shinkansen bullet trains speed to Tokyo in 2 hours.
We're conveniently located near the business district and a short walk from the lively Pia Bandai market offering sumptuous local produce. Niigata Airport is 20 minutes' drive away.
All rooms feature comfortable beds, an ample desk and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom has a bathtub and free toiletries.
You can work at the spacious desk in your room with complimentary high-speed Internet. (LAN / Wi-Fi)
Whether hosting your meeting with clients, you can relax at ANA Crowne Plaza Niigata and let our attentive staff take care of the details.

Staff give importance to elite members and greeted them properly. Invited to avail the tea break in the lounge even after checked-out. Hope management will add more option of cereals for the kids during breakfast like fruity flavor.

All employees at this hotels that we had any interaction with were enthusiastic, polite, helpful, we have stayed at several other 5 star hotels in Singapore , we visit in January every year for the last 10'years - and the service here was superior to others we've experienced

Staying at the Intercontinental Singapore, especially for the weekend of Chinese New Year, made it one of my most MEMORABLE LIFE EXPERIENCES! I can recommend very highly, their OUTSTANDING CLUB LOUNGE Staff and service, as well, as ALL of the STAFF.
Beautiful ambiance and great location!
This was my 4th visit to this property, and I will ALWAYS stay here, when I am in Singapore!

服务尚待仔细

度假期间一切尚还满意，唯一不足之处就是办理入住和退房的时候。办理入住的时候，因为提前邮件联系酒店，表示携带婴儿又坐了通宵飞机，临近中午的时候抵达酒店希望尽量能办理提前入住，可惜依然在大热天里等候到了三点。退房的时候，把其他房间客人的消费算在了我们的单子里，服务员的理由是因为姓氏相仿，可是房号都不同，这作为一个五星级酒店是根本就不应该出现的错误，而且因为语言差异，我们反复说明这个不是我们的消费，可是服务员依然坚持说是，最后查询签单，才看见是其他房号的客人。总之，就是因为这样的体验，让我对这次洲际的服务比较失望。
