Excellent location, great staff, good food

My family and I stayed at Intercontinental Fiji in Jan/Feb. The facilities there are top class and the staff very polite and willing to engage. They are very attentive. The pools are just magnificent and snorkelling off the beach is great. You don't have to go too far to do anything although we did venture out on a few outside activities, Zipline and Island cruise. We are golfers and enjoyed the course even though only 9 holes were open due to renovations. We are definitely coming back.

酒店位置很好，出门就是购物街。酒店的服务也很好，给我升级了房间，还把我定的另一间也升级了。迎宾的水果每天都送的，还有两瓶依云矿泉水，很大气啊。说送我免费的早餐，可我早就定了早餐。浪费了。

Exceptional service

From the moment we entered until we vacated this hotel we were made to feel special. Reception staff were most welcome and the restaurant staff at breakfast couldn't do enough for me. Large room with the biggest TV I have had in a bedroom and ample products in the very large bathroom. I hope to return to this hotel soon.

Thank you for recognizing our hotel and great to hear you and your family enjoyed the stay. Our first stage with the Playlab/kidsclub is a great add on and by July we will have our second kids club in the Beachwing too. Fun place, state of the art with interactive gadgets for the kids. Our hotel is in a fantastic location, across our garden you are at the beach, around the corner you have the night market with all the hawker stall’s, vendor’s and if you turn around the other corner of the hotel there is some great small restaurants along the road and on the beach too. Bus stops are just outside of the hotel to give you easy access if you want to explore Georgetown, Entopia (butterfly park), Escape (Activity park) or the National Park with monkey beach, the lighthouse and turtle beach.

We look forward to have you and your family back with us.

Charming

Loved the way we were greeted with afternoon tea , while they readied our room .

The room was lovely as was the service , club facilities and the food .

Only spanner in the works was when I had to call thrice , be disconnected half a dozen times before our toothbrushes and shaving kit was brought to the room
