Great hotell but very big! Loud rooms and the cleaningteam needs to shape up, there was no place to unpack your bags.
Very friendly and helpful staff that helpt us finding what ever we needed. Great pool area and good lunch in the pool restaurant, we also used the room service a couple of evenings and it was very good, fast delivery and friendly.

标志建筑，交通还算方便，步行12分钟到火车站，楼下就是轻轨，羽田机场有bus，房间大小还可以接受，早餐质量非常一般，还不到国内的HI水平，不过日本也就这样了。

-Location of the hotel is not good for tourist
- Was advised by staff not to venture out of the hotel so that raised concerns for us.
-WIFI was not good at all. We had to be in the lounge area to have access to internet. This is very important as we have to be in touch with family back home.

Very good value hotel, located on St Georges Mall pedestrianized street on the better edge of the CBD. The location on a pedestrianized street does however make it tricky to access by car.
This hotel is just as good as many Holiday Inn properties. Really excellent reception staff with requests dealt with quickly and accurately. Special kudos to Duty Manager Kevin who went out of his way to show us to the Waterfront and recommend good restaurants to us.
Our room was very clean, modern and nicely decorated with all the required comforts, including TV, kettle, AC and safe. The bathroom was nicely designed and made good use of the limited space. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent spread of hot and cold items. In fact the best breakfast buffet I've had in any Holiday Inn Express property.
Location is perfect if you want to explore the downtown area. Very short walk to the cathedral, Company's Gardens and Greenmarket Square crafts market. Long Street and Bree Street are also close. It felt safe to us.
Not a luxury hotel, but a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended.
