I loved this place!

This was my first time in Australia and this hotel was perfect for my trip. I couldn't get the room to cool down to a comfortable sleeping temperature, but other than that, I have no complaints. By far, this was the best Crowne Plaza I've ever visited

I'm so pleased you enjoyed your trip to Australia and your stay with us. I do apologise that the air conditioning did not cool enough, we have had some unseasonably high temperatures and whilst in most cases our air conditioning worked well but it certainly was stretched to it's limit.

Extremely good customer service

Receptionists were extremely friendly, accomodating. When I ordered a plate and a knife to the room I was greeted with a smile and it was done very quickly. When I ordered a harder pillow it was sent up super quick and was served with a smile. Everyone is very professional and I couldn't have asked for a better birthday weekend.

Beyond expectations

Haven't stayed in a holiday inn for a long time as they are usually terrible.
The reviews for this were OK, but the price in points was too good to miss. Better than some crown plazas and service better than some ICs.
Would recommend anyone worried about it being a holiday inn not to worry, the kids suites are fantastic, room so clean and modern, location good for getting out and eating locally.
Gym good - although kids were allowed in to just mess around and hog equipment - more an issue with parents then the hotel.
Kids club OK for younger ones only, but decent library of PS3 games for the room.
