Excellent location for the business traveller

This is the "go to" hotel in New Delhi for an excellent location that is very convenient for air travel and for business meetings in the city. ALL the staff are very friendly and attentive and try to make your stay extremely comfortable and without any hassles. One can also go for early morning walks around the complex of Aerocity without any safety issues and visit nearby spots for alternative dining and beverage options. Very nice place to be!!!

Came here to relax after surgery, staff are lovely, we didnt leave the hotel over our 3 night stay. Pool is massive and well maintained. Temperature was perfect for the hot weather. You need to get poolside early, however if you want a sunlounger.
Onsite Chinese restaurant serves amazing fresh Cantonese food.
Dinner at the hotel dining was well below expectations for a 4 star hotel, very disappointing and high priced for the food quality . Breakfasts are excellent with a good choice of food, they also have a juicer where you can make your own fresh juice - loved this.
We also took advantage of the onsite day spa enjoying a couples massage.
Overall this hotel had everything we needed to relax and get away from it all, which we achieved.

The staff greet us well. Requested to chk in early and granted as we had qt limited time for family get togetha. . We had drinks at the lounge, kids loved the pool very much. Big brothers went to the gym. The bed was very awesome, had good sleep and we loved the breakfast spread. Varieties!! Sum up, Holiday well spent with the family!! Tq Holiday Inn for the unforgettable moments

I have stayed at the Intercon Nairobi a number of times and always enjoy my stay. I would particularly like to commend Jacob Gichana, one of the concierges, who went above and beyond his regular duties to pick up a Macbook charger for me on a Sunday while I was hosting a meeting. My charger died and I needed my computer for the remainder of my business trip - so without his assistance I would have been in big trouble. Jacob went out of his way to call and confirm the specs, pick up the product and pay for it, and deliver it directly to me in my workshop. All of the concierge staff were very helpful with my boxes of materials and my luggage as well - what a great team! Asante Sana and kudos to Jacob for excellent service!
