仙台駅からは若干遠く、スーツケースを持ちながらの移動の場合、不便さを感じる可能性がある。しかし、到着後の接客は十分であり、不便さを忘れるかもしれない。とはいえ、寝るだけであれば価格もリーズナブルであり、特にオススメ。ただし、繁華街からは遠い。

申し訳ありませんが、朝食に関して、毎回ほぼ変動がなく、
特徴が一切感じられず残念です。
バイキング形式の関係上致し方ないと思いますが、料理の温度が中途半端であります。
また、トーストを焼く煩雑さ等の改善が望まれます。
尚、料理を取る動線もご検討いただきたくお願いいたしたく。
人的対応は問題ありません。

It's a 15-minute drive from the airport to our hotel in a peaceful residential neighborhood and near many large corporate headquarters like SABIC, Almarai, Business gate, Granada business, Riyadh Front, Princess Nora University, King Abdullah Financial district, King Fahd International Stadium and just a 10 -minutes drive to Riyadh International Exhibition Centre.The hotel has 289 rooms, including standard, executive, and suite rooms; two main restaurants, Al Jawhara and Al Luloa ; two outdoor pools; two Business Centers; a large lobby area; round-the-clock room service; two Fitness Centers; tennis, basketball, and football courts; and eight meeting rooms, as well as the Izdihar Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1200 guests; free Internet and covered parking spaces.

Having stayed in this hotel many times , there are 2 points I would like to make .
1. The breakfast looks very nice however the hot selection always taste only warm and this puts myself and others off , it needs to be much hotter .

2. As an elite member I enjoy the benefits , one being a fresh bowl of fruit when first entering my room , on this last stay the fruit did not appear until the evening of the 3 rd night of my stay . Just a small thing but means a lot to me as I am used to this , not sure if I was just missed of the list or fruit was not available .

ホリデーインはクラウンプラザ等に比べて安っぽいイメージがありましたがその様な考えは実際に宿泊して払拭されました。

We stayed at a premium bungalow over water and I can tell you, the view is amaizing both of the ocean horizon and the clear water underneath with many fishes with beautiful colors. It was a joy looking and observing them and their habits (there were also underwater rocks with corals on them where the fish will go often).
The bed was comfortable with quality sheets.
The grounds are well maintained and there are a lot of aquatic sports available.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Overall we had a great vacation!

This hotel has become my home away from home with all the business trips I do. It really helps to have an attentive staff that ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I am quite pedantic about my rooms and they never cease to display the utmost understanding and will always try to accomodate. Great beds (that's the best part), great service and clean rooms.

Great location and comfortable bed

Stayed here using reward nights. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was a restaurant, bar, and swimming pool all at the hotel, which was nice because main part of Rotorua is not within walking distance. The hotel offered a shuttle, but we never took them up on it.
We stayed in a two queen bed room. The room and hall we stayed in needs upgrading- carpet was worn and water stained. Bed was comfortable and pillows awesome.
Bathroom was very tiny. It was awkward getting into the shower.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really liked the lounge area.
Gift shop had prices compatible, if not cheaper than other tourist gift shops.
