広いベットでゆっくり安眠

1人で宿泊したが、当日のチェックイン時に禁煙に成功した私は喫煙室から禁煙室に変更してもらった。満室に近かったせいかダブルベットのある大き目の部屋に案内された。おかげで、リッチな雰囲気を満喫しながら宿泊することができた。当日対応にてグレードUPのサービス対応に満足しています。

高層階で見晴が良かったです。

枕の硬さがもうすこしあれば。

チェックアウト時、会員ということでデスクで楽に清算できました。楽天トラベルからの予約でしたが、満室の場合でも電話連絡すれば可能性があるということで、期待がもてました。朝食だけいただきましたが、ビュッフェの雰囲気もよく、スタッフの対応も心地良いものでした。ただ、枕は二種類、クッションも二種類あったのですが、柔らかすぎました。

2月からホテルの色々なシステムが変わったそうなのですが、クラブラウンジの担当の方が、一つ一つ丁寧に説明してくださいました。セキュリティーもよくなったようです。また、いつものように快適な休日を送ることができました。

会員ならではの宿泊料金、アップグレードが受けられ良かったです。又、チェックイン時に水もいただきました。駐車場にいる多分外注先の警備員はあんまり良くなかったのが、唯一残念です。

Amazing service, great hotel

I have gotten used to great service and amenities when staying at Intercon, and Phoenicia was no exception. In fact, it was one of the greatest experiences I have had. Especially as my luggage was lost, I was only there for one day, for a business meeting - and in trouble, as I had no suit, toiletry - nothing. The hotel staff worked tireless and drove me around in the middle of the night to make sure I at least had basics, as well as helped chase the airline for luggage. They were so friendly and nice, they made a very difficult situation positive for me. Thank you so much guys - and sorry it took me so long to share this. Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff!

Excellent location, amazing premises

great location, amazing architecture, the staff were so helpful and always smiling. The lobby area, the same as the bar lounge, is very big. the breakfast restaurant is huge, and the quality and variety of food is amazing. the only expensive thing was the spa. i loved everything about the Intercontinental Phoenicia Hotel.
