Dissapointment

came for Holday with family, IHG chain is well know worldwide not have all the same service but at least to meet the expectations.
After long way travel, arrived with family at almost 17:00 hrs yet room is not yet ready and not even on the same floor (I know it's upon availability) though time of arrival was informed.
Anyways the Dissapointment start from arrival till the room. Bathroom is terrible but just didn't mind as felt exhausted from travel and need to rest.
Requested the next day (morning) to clean the room assuming that it will be well clean came back in the afternoon air conditioning was off and still the molds from the bathroom and the cotton of dust are still there. Didn't bother as will be leaving the next day.

Property is very nice, the ambience as well. But it's al useless if some employees are not well aware of the hotels and procedures.
Anyways all hotels are almost the same luxurious whatever it is but remember it's only the staff which makes it different to maintain a good reputation and keeping our guest coming back.

A smart hotel in the middle of Bangkok's Sathorn business district and Silom entertainment hub. Located just a 3 minutes’ walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS Skytrain Station. Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Sathorn is a convenient base for access to Bangkok's Central Business District, shopping, and sightseeing at major attractions such as The Grand Palace, Temple of the Emerald Buddha, Chinatown, Khaosan Road, Chatuchak Weekend Market and Erawan Shrine. Explore Thailand's tallest rooftop destination at the new Bangkok Landmark King Power Mahanakhon which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel or enjoy shopping at the new riverside landmark Icon Siam, located few BTS stations away. You can end the day by the riverfront and catch a glimpse of the scenic Chao Phraya River at Asiatique. Comfortable pillow and great location

It's such a pleasure to stay on this hotel. This hotel have great location, very near with BTS station (make me easy to travel around bangkok). Room was comfort and i really love the pillow, make me have a quality sleep. Breakfast is just so so because menu everyday quite same (need much more variety if possible).

１泊だけの滞在でした。
予定が早く終わり２時過ぎにホテルに到着しました。
ゆっくりしたかったので通常の時刻より早くチェックイン出来るかフロントで問い合わせたところ、
もう少し掛かるとの事でしたが、宿泊がクラブフロアであったため、ラウンジでゆっくりさせて頂きました。
その間にも色々と気遣っていただき、こちらの問い掛けにも快く受け応えして頂きました。
チェックインが済み、枕の交換をお願いすると、５分も経たない内に持って来て頂き、
仮眠のつもりが、もう少しで寝過ごしてしまうところでした。
いつも思いますが、心のこもった対応には感服致します。

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Comfortable stay and a warm welcome received from all staff.
Did not have a chance to experience all facilities, however bars and restaurants are varied with good selection of food/drink.
Would recommend a stay here and would stay again myself.

到了酒店给一种非常舒服放松的感觉，因为我们此次是家庭放松出行，纯自由行，泳池、餐厅、酒店环境，包括服务人员都给人舒服的感觉，这种感觉国内一般酒店绝对体会不到的。周边购物和吃饭也很方便，出酒店几分钟到海边都很方便！

Es war 6-ter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir waren - wie auch alle Jahre davor - nicht enttäuscht. Alles hat prima geklappt. Was uns immer wieder zu diesem Hotel zieht ist in erster Linie Freundlichkeit des Personals, in zweiter Linie - Qualität des Essens und in dritter Linie - Größe, Komfortabilität und Sauberkeit des Zimmers

洲际标准服务，离超过客户期望带来惊喜还需再努力

洲际大阪离jr大阪站还是比较近的，就是大门太隐蔽了。洲际品牌服务必然是一流的。但是似乎太标准化了，没有特别惊喜而已，特别是在日本这种地方，享受了当地温泉酒店的贴心惊喜的服务以后。
