Good hotel, terrible and unreliable car service. Stay elsewhere.

Good hotel if you don't require transportation anywhere.
Be prepared to wait at the airport for hours because someone at the hotel likely screwed up your pick-up reservation.
Do not bother booking any car service during your stay as the service is unreliable no matter how many times you proactively follow-up to ensure your reservation is accurately scheduled.
Stay away. Book the Holiday Inn next door or another hotel entirely.

Poorly maintained hotel, in inconvenient location with terrible service

Avoid this hotel. It is 30-45 minutes away from central Delhi and all the tourist and business sites. The hotel is poorly managed and maintained. In my case the AC and the shower door were broken. If you ask to speak to the duty manager, you will not be connected and your call will not be returned. If you take a taxi from the hotel, they will cheat you, and the restaurant is terrible, both food and service.

We stayed overnight at the IHG Tahiti (on our way to Bora Bora). The staff at this hotel was truly exceptional. Every single person we encountered was friendly, wanted to be helpful, was genuinely pleasant to deal with and very outgoing. Although our stay was short, the hotel staff at all levels was impressive!

Our stay at the Intercontinental was terrific. We enjoyed a harbour side room. We thought we might have to shift after two days but, after a cancellation, the staff informed us early that we could stay in our preferred room. We were delighted with this outcome.

We arrived at the resort for our 10th wedding anniversary and were upgraded to a Pool View Room. The room was stunning - well appointed and overlooked the pool. The infinity adults only pool overlooking the beach was stunning. Not cheap but luxurious. Will bring the kids back! The staff were happy and friendly.

Went to Sydney for the w/end, and wished I did not have to leave,
The room had the best view of harbour bridge and opera house, did not turn tv on once.
Staff were friendly and always smiling and only to happy to help, I was trying to book a restaurant for dinner but could not get through even though it was not affiliated with hotel they kept trying and organised for me ,5 stars thank you.
The supper club is a must to do service impeccable and the cocktails are awesome.
Best stay ever clean rooms friendly staff excellent views .
