Bed was comfy. Dropped my bags off and returned an hour later to check in; bags not in room as expected, but easily tracked down. Early check in allowed, which was helpful. Pool area needs more lounge chairs. I stayed at hotel when Springsteen played in town; the lobby bar was packed the night before and night of show, with way too few bartenders.

可能因为是大和民族特有的服务细致程度，加深了这种体验。酒店很安静，虽然外立面在装修，但是没有影响入住体验。
地理位置还算方便，步行到大阪站和梅田都还OK，还有酒店接驳车帮助出行。
服务人员很友好，对客户的需要能够及时回馈。唯一美中不足是健身房很小，设施有在维修的。游泳池很干净，但是要额外收费。
适合来度假，希望有机会再来

鉴于大阪洲际近乎无理的高价，选择了皇冠，酒店低于预期，行政房仍然局促，不过日本酒店可能都这样，欢迎果盘是两篇蝴蝶酥，让习惯了国内大果盘+甜点盘的我很无语；酒店有班车往返于火车站；总之鉴于大阪洲际每晚要贵出至少四万日元，似乎选择皇冠还是比较符合逻辑的。

My friend booked us at a hotel across this Holiday Inn. We had loads of complaints at the other hotel w/c I shall not name here. I saw this Holiday Inn just across the street and moved us here. We were warmly accommodated even though this Holiday Inn was fully booked. I happen to be an IHG Platinum member and the benefits and perks worked when you are in a bind. Kudos to their front desk and service staff for the great job they do.Hotel was very clean,smelled clean, nice rooms, hallways and lobby, outside sitting area , cafeteria. Thank you Holiday Inn Sathorn for saving our vacation!
