i CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF ITS WONDERFUL LOCATION AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED BUT IN ADDITION THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME AND MAKE ME FEEL WELCOME I WAS ALSO VERY PLEASED WITH THE STANDARD OF MY ROOM VERY NICE BED LINEN AND SPACIOUS TOO, i WOULD CERTAINLY COME AGAIN

Very sad to leave

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Upon arrival I was greeted as a spire member and checking in was itself an excellent experience.
We were taken to our room which was on the sky level with beautiful views over the bay. The room was beautifully equipped with both the bedroom and the bathroom having great views over the bay whilst it maintained full privacy. It was immaculate throughout.
The staff at the hotel are probably the friendliest and most helpful I have ever encountered and should be fully commended on the service they provided us with.
The whole resort is immaculately kept and truly beautiful from the beach to the rain forest. All the bars and restaurants are clean and offer great service and choice. The food and beverages in all the bars and restaurants was excellently presented and of excellent quality.
The resort offers may activities and all that we tried were great with good equipment and knowledge from the staff.
This resort and the staff who work there are truly the best, and we would like to say thank you to them for making the stay we had amazing!

Könnte eben das Meiste sehr positiv bewerten.
Was wir nicht so gut fanden war die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer. In den Schubladen hatte es Staub und Reste von früheren Gästen, auf dem Sofa und im Bad hatte es lange Haare.
Das Nachtessen stimmte bezüglich Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

チェックインの際、レセプションが混んでいて並んでいたら、私のステータスを確認してくれ、すぐにチェックインしてくれました。しかし受け取ったカードキーが上手く動作せず、再度ロビーまで戻る羽目に・・・でもここでも私の気づいた係の方がすぐに対応してくれ、部屋まで同行して入室できることを見届けてくれました。

睡眠很好，但是房间太小，定的皇室房间跟豪华房完全一样

房间很小，不了解酒店房间的定级与区别，开始住的豪华房，好小，没有浴缸，但是最后一天定的皇室房间与之前豪华房是一样的，没有换房间（价钱不一样）。感觉性价比好差。
