My check in was late at night and the checking in waiting time was very long and affected my resting time. Checking out was also not smooth as invoice was also taking too much time to issue.

We won’t be back

We travel for sports and have stayed at several Holiday Inns this year. I don’t think we will be back. My biggest complaint is the. Breakfast. There is little to no selection. Also it’s a rough crowd. This has been the case at almost all of our stays. May be the weekends we go or that it’s a cheaper price point. People were vaping in the pool area and also groping and making out in the hallway right by the front desk. The pool had no towels and no chairs. It was also riddled with human hair. Gross! We asked for towels and were told they were being laundered. An hour later still none. We didn’t feel good about this stay with our children.

The Hotel Indigo® London Kensington is situated in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our London hotel blends beautifully into this boutique neighbourhood. Reception staff uninterested in my complaints on check out. Wasn’t asked how was my stay?
Check in experience very poor. Getting to room I had to move rolls of carpet out of the way in order to open doors. In room bathroom door was damp, dirty and falling apart, Window lock was a piece of wood with a screw through it, not secure.
Bar staff better, attentive and polite.
Won’t be staying again.

Holiday Inn Express and Suites Bonifay is conveniently located right off of Interstate I10, on exit 112 in the Panhandle of Florida. This centrally located hotel is the only major hotel in Bonifay, FL and only 44 miles from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport.
We are located only 40 Miles South of Dothan, AL and 50 Miles North of Panama City, FL. Bonifay is the home of different ecological tourism spots and near many major attractions.
This Holiday Inn Express and Suites has a modern feel, while still providing their guests with a top of the line customer service and value. While staying at this hotel, guests can expect a daily complimentary Breakfast buffet, High Speed Wireless/Wired Internet, Outdoor Pool, Fitness Center, Business Center, Sundry Shoppe, and more.

Convenient location and nice people. Restaurants, gas and convenience store in walkable distance. Facility is just ok, but NOISY. Thin walls, traffic noise, low water pressure, hot water doesn't get hot... A little expensive for a Holiday Inn as well.

The hotel is understaffed. My reservation requests were never put in, the front desk agents need customer service training, they are borderline rude!!! They don’t care about the guests, they have bad attitudes. Housekeeping ignored our request to just empty trash one day, the phones are useless unless they actually get an employee who can answer the phone and also run the desk! On my check out day the housekeeper knocked on my door at 8:30am and came into my room even though I yelled I was NAKED!!! WHY is anyone knocking on occupied rooms before 10am?! This also happened to a coworker in room 300 at 8am!!!! I called and yelled at the front desk staff who said they should not be knocking at all, and I called afterwards for a manager 4-5 times without any phone answer for the numbers for management housekeeping or front desk!!! I checked out at 2pm and the agent was borderline rude by implying I was going to be charged for a late check out. The conference was excellent and the restaurant staff didn’t collect our breakfast coupons regularly, but breakfast was good. I was expecting real vegetarian meals for dinner package, but unfortunately a basic salad bar is what we had available, and it’s not creative or enjoyable to eat repeatedly and lack protein we require. I ate out twice because I needed energy foods, not lettuce.

Relax and enjoy the beautiful skyline of downtown Cincinnati. Our location is less than 20 minutes from the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky International Airport, CVG.
Take a quick 5-minute trip to Newport on the Levee and enjoy shopping, dining, the Newport Aquarium, or see a movie. Visit Riverbend Music Center, Findley Market and the majestic Fountain Square. Sports fans can catch a Cincinnati Bengals football game at Paycor Stadium or a Cincinnati Reds baseball game at Great American Ballpark or an FC Soccer game at TQL Stadium. Nice rooms but limited breakfast

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was updated and clean as well as provided ample bathroom amenities. The breakfast however was poor. There was a limited selection and no milk. The coffee was also gone by 8am with no replacement available. Many guests were unhappy with this. The cleanliness of the facility was also just ok in the common areas. Not enough parking either.

You’ll have room to work with our oversized guest rooms and free high-speed wired or wireless Internet or you can lounge in your room and watch our large screen HDTV’s. Conveniently located off Highway 202/JT Butler Blvd, our smoke free hotel is close by to many major companies including Mayo Clinic, Allstate, Landstar, JP Morgan Chase, Windsor Parke Golf Course & UNF.

Staff was wonderful, rooms need some care

The staff was friendly and attentive, no complaints there. The bathroom needs some maintenance, the door was bent on the bottom and the shower was caked in minerals, spray some vinegar on it. The hand soap and lotion pumps by the sink were not tamper proof, but the shower toiletries were. Thankfully, I had my own soap. The desk chair needed replacing. It was OK for one night, but not for $200.
