世界で最も美しい港を見渡すこのシドニーのホテルは、まさに本物のラグジュアリーの象徴です。スイートルームや31階の屋内温水プールからは、絵画のように美しい景色をお楽しみいただけます。シドニー有数の受賞レストランEtchでは、新鮮な地元の食材から作られたヨーロッパのグルメ料理をご堪能ください。ホテル近くのロックギャラリー地区や、ロイヤル・ボタニカル・ガーデン（王立植物園）、クイーンビクトリアビルディングのデザイナー·ブティックへの散策もおすすめです。

不满意的一次入住

以后不会再入住了，地理位置不错，离环形码头和皇家植物园很近，步行10分钟，但服务太差，遇到了很多不满意的事

ビジネス利用にも適している

広いデスク、14時チィックインなどビジネスにも適している。しかし、近隣のホテルと比べて強みであった14時チエックアウトが無くなったのは残念かつ宿泊代次第では他への選択に繋がると個人的には考えます。

ベッドと枕が快適

寝具は快適でした。
大浴場等入浴施設があるともっと良かった。
スタッフの対応はとても良かった。
地下駐車場の排水が悪く全体的に水たまりが有り、又エレベーターからのアクセスが悪くスーツケースを引いての車の乗り降りがしにくかった。

Service with a Smile.

I'd like to commend the staff of Crowne Plaza Terrigal for their impecable service and genuine care they have for their guests. Not only were we treated with a smile and professionalism upon check-in, each interaction we encountered with staff throughout the Crowne Plaza was friendly and hospitable. Upon check-in my family weren't able to proceed to our booked room (for over an hour) due to it not being ready. We were immediately offered drinks vouchers and directed upstairs to the bar. An hour later I received a phone call to say our room was ready. Upon returning to Concierge, it was observed that my family were going to utilise the parking and pay for breakfast as well during our stay. The Concierge staff immediately saw this on their system (without me uttering a word) and as a good gesture informed me they are waivering the parking fee and breakfast fee during our stay. Thank You Crowne Plaza Terrigal!

春节期间入住两晚，服务周到，早餐丰富。
lobby略微显得小气，泳池也略微不足。
客房舒适，清洁度很高。handy特别赞，帮了大忙。
入住时前台承诺的给提供报纸，并没有做到。
总体性价比不错，值得推荐。
