Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites of Jacksonville, IL. With a convenient location off I-72, and situated between Hannibal, Missouri and Springfield, Illinois, our hotel in Jacksonville, IL is a great choice for all travelers. If you are in town for business, you might like to know that we are just minutes from Passavant Hospital, Reynolds, Nestle, and Illinois College. The downtown square and Hamilton’s Catering are a short drive away. Coming into the area for a game of softball or baseball? The Future Champions Sports Complex is less than 6 miles away. This hotel was just plain gross. Staff were friendly, got us checked in quickly and tried their best to resolve. The condition of the rooms is beyond their control. Broken/dingy floor tiles in the bathroom, stained carpet, stained ceilings. There were cleanliness issues as well. Crumbs in the bed, black hairs, pizza sauce on the comforter and hairs all around the sink that had obviously not been cleaned. They switched us rooms and the 2nd was cleaner, however it was in the same condition as the first. I would not stay here again.

La atención tanto como de recepción y de restaurante fueron muy buenas muy amables todos, solamente el chef se comportó de una manera muy grosera cuando le comentó de mi descuento para empleados que es del 50% y el a esto hizo caso omiso de una manera muy grosera, la cajera de una manera muy amable le comentó del descuento que si aplicaba por qué ella lo desconocía y el le dijo tienes 3 segundos de los contó y le dijo no me hagas perder mi tiempo deja de hablar y solo aplícale el 30% no me lo dijo nadie yo misma lo escuché decir eso un hombre de tés blanca canoso

Atención de gerencia

Los trabajadores de recepción y restaurante todos muy amables y serviciales, solamente por parte de el chef en gerencia me llevé una sorpresa ya que como colaborador trabajo en la marca y se que se aplica un 50% de descuento presentando la id de trabajador de IHG, y en ese caso el chef hizo caso omiso me acerque con la cajera la cual muy amable le preguntó y este de manera muy grosera le dijo tienes 3 segundos, habla rápido no le hagas perder mi tiempo, no se de que me ama las aplícale el 30% y quítate de aquí que me estorbas, nadie me lo dijo yo lo escuché ya que el estaba sentado a unas mesas al lado de la caja, tenía prisa por eso no me moleste en hablar con el, pero de ser así hubiera pasado a gerencia directamente ya que no respetaron los estándares que maneja la marca por ser trabajadores, era un hombre canoso y de piel blanca
