每次住宿都說要給好評，但都一直没給，今天正好抽時間給一下評論。
這一次住宿，如果就過程而言，其實不算完美。退房的時候，我反映過二件事，一是最後一晚熱水没了，二是我對早餐餐廳優格擺放的地方，我個人認是有問題的，不能保冷不說，有幾個摸起來還是熱的，這一些都和前台提了一下（我這麼說應該就會知道我是誰了)，但前台的反映積極到我有一點不好意思。說真的没熱水這事還比較小，有可能是设备故障或者熱水用完了，檢查一下就好。我反而認為優格(酸奶)放的地方需要注意，因為這不是很多人會注意的。所有細節都注意了，結果這個漏了，那就可惜了。

整體服務和細節做的都非常好，上面幾個未注意的，改善一下就更接近完美了。

The invoices are causing me trouble

I stayed in the same month （in March), but the invoice items are different. In the past, purchasing points wouldn't show on the invoice (it would simply display the room charge), but this time it's required to list both the purchased points and the room charge. This is causing me issues with expense reporting. After raising this, both the front desk and the lounge indicated they are unwilling to help change it back to a single room charge. The front desk staff said all hotels are the same, but after checking (with the IHG hotels I frequently stay at), this is not the case.

Is new hotel.everything is clean. Many service staff can help. The room facilities are also modern. All lights and curtains can also be controlled by voice. Feeling as comfortable as at home.

打電話請送4瓶飲用水，等了30分再去電，之後服務人員送來是直接放在地上，真是傻眼。
沒有行政酒廊所以補貼60，換成隔天的早餐。早餐內容不優，菜都炒老到黑。
地點離西塘古鎮及上海近，性價比高。

Always a nice hotel in Beijing

I usually stay at this hotel or the Crowne Plaza U-Town. I like them both.
This time, as I was participating in the Zhongguancun Forum, of course, it made sense to stay at this hotel. This is maybe my 10th time staying here (could be more).
The staff are always super friendly and helpful. They upgraded me to a nice room that was spacious. well-maintained, and had sufficient space in the closet and bathroom.
The lounge was great, and the staff were super amazing. The food selection was good (as was the alcohol selection).
The gym is quite decent, which is. a great way to start the day.
It is also conveniently located near a lot of restaurants in the area.
Highly recommended if staying in this part of Beijing!

We're staying in this hotel for 2 weeks, the first 3 days, the mini fridge in room wasn't working, we changed fridge for 2 times, luckily the house keeping staffs are all so helpful, they all trired theire best to solve problems. Especially we appreciated the good service of our room cleaner, Ivy(愛平）,she's just so helpful and kind, she took care of our room nice.
