Shared with front desk, the photos i had of the heavy stains on shower curtain and human hair clumps in shower and on curtain. They advised they would share with manager, I encourage followup with me as I have been with IHG for 18 years, but that followup has yet to occur. I will try them again in a couple weeks.

Our bed moved a lot. The frame squeaked and it just rattled at every move we made. Rolling over the bed made a crashing noise. It wiggles constantly.
The door slamming until 2 am, left me exhausted. I know staff cannot help this it’s due to guest, but with the big drive we had sleep was very important to us.
The walls are very very thin.
Room AC has a bit of a smell to it. Bathroom floor wasn’t really mopped.
We crashed for a couple hours but then just got up at 430 and headed out.
I don’t think I’d select this hotel to stay at again unless last resort.
I hate leaving a negative review.

Great hotel in a very bad and dirty neighborhood

Unfortunately, this hotel does not belong to this street and neighborhood. Everything about hotel was excellent: staff, room and security on property. However, every time we walked from hotel to metro station nearby, 5 mintues away, there were either: someone passed out on the street or someone asking for a dollar or cigarette. Very dangerous for anyone for this scary 5 minute walk and streets very dirty littered with drug paraphenelia and human excrement. Every single night, there was either loud shouting or police sirens on the street: terrible and couldn't sleep even though my room was away from street. Price paid was not justified given the risks the guests take with the scary neighborhood.

Worse hotel ever

There is not one thing I can say positive about my recent stay at this hotel. My experience from checkin to parking services, perks for diamond elite didn't exist, roaches in room, room.was needing updates due to being damaged and wear. The charge for daily parking was 50.00 per day and the wait to get car ranged from 35 to 50 minutes. Meaning you had to stand in front of hotel for the entire wait. When paying a service the service should be done in a reasonable manner. Also the VIP lounge didn't exist. I went to the area at the posted time and no staff showed up. I was told sometimes they are too busy to have that service. Also no breakfast vouchers for diamond status. Was told they dont do that service either. Throughout my stay I killed several small German roaches that were running across the counter top and when I got up to use the restroom..Totally discussed!

Rantoul's Holiday inn Express was way over priced!! Over $500 for 2 nights and the hotel was definitely nothing special!!
After having our room booked for months they called me and tried to tell me someone was extending their stay, so I couldn't have the room I booked. My daughter was getting married in a neighboring town with no hotel's available. I couldn't believe it!!
There was expired milk in the very warm refrigerator at breakfast. Just Gross!!
I would not recommend this hotel!!

Upscale All Suite Hotel located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio
When you are at the crossroads of booking a business trip or a vacation, adventure begins at the Staybridge Suites Stone Oak. We are located 10 minutes north of the San Antonio International Airport with nearby attractions such as Natural Bridge Caverns, and Morgan's Wonderland. Neighboring business include N. Central VA Clinic, Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, and N. Central Baptist Hospital to name a few.
Our free shuttle operates in a generous 5 miles radius from the hotel and takes you to local businesses, shops, and dining. Hotel Needs Basic Maintenance

Cons: There seems to be a ongoing roof leak with no repair. In my suite you could tell someone tried to repair a leak in the bedroom but it was not completed. In the living room the ceiling was stained. The vent in bedroom #2 was covered with a black substances, we determined was dust when we wiped it. The HVAC unit was in the closet in bedroom #2 was blinked, filters not changed. The property seems to need some regular maintenance completed. The fire alarm went off, it was confusing on what process to follow. No one gave the all clear to return to the building, some people did not evacuate the building.
Housekeeping: They ran out of towels and asked guests to place towels outside of the door.
The pool area chairs need to be replaced.
Breakfast was ok.

We are located in Saginaw Township, near Bay City and a short drive to Midland. Located just off I-675, and we're only five miles from downtown Saginaw.
Our hotel is centrally located to all of the Tri-Cities' area attractions, from the nearby Fashion Square Mall and the open waters of Saginaw Bay. THIS IS THE FILTHIES HOLIDAY INN WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. FROM THE ROOM BEING DIRTY, THE REMOTE NOT WORKING, 2 LIGHTS NOT WORKING, DIRTY SHEETS, HAIR IN THE TUB, HOLE IN THE TOWELS AND WASHCLOTHS VERY WORN. BUG COMING OUT THE BIG HOLE AROUND THE SHOWER HEAD. DAMAGED WALLS, DIRTY FRIDGE, THE FOOD AREA WAS NOT SANITIZED, FLIES ON BAGELS, TOASTER DIDN'T WORK GOOD, EGGS WAS WATERY AND POTATOES WAS COLD. I MEAN THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS LOCATED AGAIN.... LIKE EVER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Rude staff and dirty location

The staff was very rude even at check in. There were dead roaches in the elevator and floor in walk ways. There were live roaches crawling in hall way near my door.
