The Holiday Inn® Rome Eur Parco dei Medici hotel offers 316 spacious rooms to suit both business and leisure visitors. Good for business stay

Nice and clean hotel with excellent commuting possibilities to the airport on downtown.
Rooms were recently refurbished and very tidy, staff was friendly and help full at the reception.
Only aspect that was little bit disappointing was the warn food/coffee at the breakfast, it could have been better quality and coffee should have been fresh, not just what you get from the machine

Poor service, cold room, no tv signal

I got to my room to find it was cold so put the heating on. The furniture was also cold so a very uncomfortable room. Then after noticed the tv signal was not working so called reception and they said this is an issue on some floors. Even though next doors tv was heard working just fine. After 30minutes the heating still had not warmed the room. It was only blowing the fan. So I called again and they said somebody will be up to help. After 30mins no help so went to reception for a heater. This was to be sent up. As I got back to the room staff offered a blanket! This was unacceptable. No Heating, No TV and poor service to match. Another visit to reception I requested a change of room. Finally a heated room and working tv. This is the second stay at the hotel and will be the last. Thanks IHG for the service to your members.

Traditional hotel

The hotel has the appearance of a traditional older building and is immaculate inside.
The bedrooms were clean and the food in the bar area was very good, as was the breakfast.
I was welcomed as a Platinum IHG Rewards Club Member and received a complimentary room upgrade, however it is now over two weeks since my stay, and I am still waiting for the welcome bonus points to be allocated.

Each member of staff that I had contact with was very pleasant and courteous, and if I have the opportunity, I would definitely stay at this hotel again

Comfortable Room

The hotel is easy locate, still had parking available on a late check in, the bar was quiet but comfortable eland the drinks were reasonably priced.
The rooms are larger than other HI I have stayed and are well decorated in a contemporary style, the beds are large and all rooms appear to have great in room working space for working on a laptop/paperwork.

The staff team were very helpful and attentive at reception, in the bar and in housekeeping.
