The worst holiday inn

If you can avoid the holiday inn in Maidenhead, please do. The rates are extortionate. While the hotel staff are very nice the management are terrible. The hotel is tired and worn out. It needs to be knocked down and rebuilt! Have had to stay here for over a year due to work commitments. The facilities are beyond a joke. Th gym is in a converted squash court. The bar area is from the 80's the rooms are disgusting. I have been bitten so many times by bed bugs. The showers are terrible hot and cold intermittent. Have nearly been scolded 10 times. The smell of a fry up is pumped into your room first thing in the morning through the ventilation systems!!!! Random missing furniture in rooms when checking in. On one occasion a safe was missing!?!?!?

It was disappointing to read your most recent review, I know the team are always willing to assist if things go wrong and always do their utmost to resolve any service shortfalls you may experience from time to time.
Our prices are competitive within the surrounding area, as travelling guest I know you have a choice when it comes to lodging so I am pleased to see you consistently choose our hotel.
Looking back on my records, I can see you reported the alleged bed bugs in July 2016, I am surprised this is being raised again some 7 months later. When you reported this during your stay in July the hotel took immediate action and contacted an external pest control company to examine the room, upon inspection of the room and surrounding areas, no evidence of pests were found.

Looking back on my records, I can see you reported the alleged bed bugs in July 2016, I am surprised this is being raised again some 7 months later. When you reported this during your stay in July the hotel took immediate action and contacted an external pest control company to examine the room, upon inspection of the room and surrounding areas, no evidence of pests were found.
I am pleased to report our breakfast offering has changed, this now means no items are fried, I hope this will eliminate the smell of ‘fry up’ you report, although to date I have not received any other reports but I will be sure to ask my reception team to monitor feedback of this nature and duly inform me.
As you note, the Gym is a converted squash court, I am pleased to say it houses a good selection of free weights and cardio machines, it is good to see you are able to make use of this facility whilst staying with us.
Unfortunately we did experience some problems with our water boilers early last year, I am pleased to report with the repairs my maintenance team carried out this problem has since been resolved and no longer causes a problem, due to the intermittent occurrence of the problem it made it hard to identify the exact cause and isolate.
Should you return to the hotel again, I would be more than happy to discuss your stay in person, it is my goal to consistently deliver customer service and I welcome any opportunity to make it right.

bell'hotel accogliente e facile da raggiungere. La location vicinissima alla stazione del treno che porta a Venezia, lo rende una location ideale per chi si reca a Venezia in auto e vuole visitare la città

The hotel is 15 minutes away by car from the city center and it's 10 minutes from Naples International Airport. It's a short drive to Cappella Sansevero, the exquisite chapel housing the Cristo Velato, a famous marble sculpture of the veiled Christ. Head to Piazza Municipio for a glimpse of the imposing, medieval Maschio Angioino Castle. You can hop on a ferry to the thermal baths of Ischia island or Capri for the day, and drive to Pompeii and Ercolano in 25 minutes.
All rooms have satellite TV and a choice of pillows to help you sleep. Suites have separate living spaces and can accommodate families and some can accommodate families of four. You can savour tasty local dishes in Bistrot Napoli, while night owls can grab a late-night bite at Open Lobby Bar and cap the evening off with a cocktail on the terrace.

Ci dispiace profondamente sapere che il Suo soggiorno non è stato positivo.
Siamo mortificati soprattutto per il punteggio così basso che ha scelto di riservare alla Sua esperienza presso il nostro hotel.
Mi rendo conto che ogni esperienza è a sé, ma ci tengo a precisare che la struttura è nata nella metà degli anni ’90 e che, come è buon uso fare con il passare degli anni, è stata recentemente riammodernata. In alcune camere è possibile vedere anche le nuove tipologie di bagni, non più con vasca ma con doccia XL e parquet nella camera.
CI dispiace che non abbia segnalato la Sua insoddisfazioneinerente la colazione durante il soggiorno perché così non siamo in grado di capire cosa non ha gradito.
Spero che vorrà darci un’altra opportunità per dimostrarLe il livello della nostra struttura e farLe cambiare opinione in merito all’ Holiday Inn Naples.

Capita spesso di pernottare in questo hotel per lavoro. qui trovo sempre tanta cortesia gentilezza e cura del cliente. la colazione è abbondante e buona. l'unico neo che ho trovato è la mancanza di una presa normale in bagno. per il resto hotel confortevole e pulito.

Beim Hotel gefällt mir Parkplatz gleich beim Hotel, leichte Erreichbarkeit der Autobahnen, Sehenswürdigkeit, Shoppingmeilen. Zimmer selbst geräumig, gemütlich, mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, toller grosser Bad mit Utensilien, Badewanne, Duschkabine, Doppelbecken! Besser wünsvht man sich kaum! Gerne iimer wieder
