An inviting hotel next to the International Centre Telford, with a restaurant, indoor pool and meeting rooms. Holiday Inn® Telford - Ironbridge hotel is a five-minute drive from the M54 motorway. Also five minutes away, Telford Central station has rail connections to London and Birmingham. Birmingham Airport is 55 minutes away by car. Telford's iconic 18th-century Ironbridge is 10 minutes' drive; museums and historic sites along the Ironbridge Gorge hark back to the Industrial Revolution. Every member of staff that we came into contact with was extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean and well presented. As the lift was out of order and both my husband and myself are disabled, the lady on reception made sure that we had a room on the ground floor.
Our stay included a 3 course evening meal and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant staff were lovely and very attentive without being intrusive.
The swimming pool was nice and warm which was wonderful.

Excellent service once again

I cannot praise the Holiday Inn @ Telford enough. Albeit a slightly dated hotel, the cleanliness and service is absolutely superb.
So often I stay at hotels where the staff are clearly disengaged, but here it is quite the opposite. The staff are quite clearly proud to work at the hotel and their enthusiasm certainly shines through.

This hotel is in a great location for the NEC. The beds are really comfortable and our room was equipped with a nice powerful shower. Breakfast , although expensive was really good, lots of variety. The team hosting breakfast were all really helpful as were the hotel team in general.
We had a slight issue at check in when the receptionist couldn't find our reservation. I am glad I had my confirmation number to hand as it was only this, after a few attempts that seemed to solve the issue. The receptionist was helpful and polite all the way through though.
Overalll this is a really nice hotel, and we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic hotel. Twin room was comfortable and facilities excellent. Breakfast quality excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. My only complaint is the pillows were too hard which was a minor issue.
