A modern Newcastle hotel in quiet grounds just outside the city the Holiday Inn® Newcastle - Gosforth Park hotel sits in a peaceful setting close to the junction of the A1/A19 roads. Direct trains run to Newcastle from Cramlington Station, seven minutes' away by car. Business guests are within 15 minutes' drive of Nelson Industrial Estate, Apex Business Village, Quorum Business Park and Cobalt Business Park. The hotel's 10 meeting rooms hold up to 400 people. There's free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Eight electric charging points have been installed supplied by Project EV.
Enjoy Newcastle's nightlife, watch the football at St. James' Park or catch the races at Newcastle Racecourse, all an easy distance from the hotel. Alnwick Castle, where the first two Harry Potter movies were filmed, is 30 minutes' away by car and Bamburgh Castle where Indiana Jones 5 has recently been filmed is 40 minutes' away by car.
Enjoy a walk in the sprawling grounds, clock a few laps in the leisure club's indoor pool or wind down in the spa bath. Residents must book for spa treatments. Please call direct at 0191 2019965. Linger with a coffee or snack in the comfortable Open Lobby, or sip a cool beer on the patio. The formal dining serves an English and continental buffet breakfast and bistro meals. This is a very friendly and welcoming hotel with a lovely reception area, and very generously sized guest rooms. Parking is easy as is access to the local area.

Holiday Inn Zwickau
Welcoming hotel in central Zwickau with business facilities, a bar and a restaurant Holiday Inn Zwickau hotel sits in the heart of Zwickau's Old Town, just two minutes' walk from Zentrum tram and bus stop for links across the city. You can drive to Zwickau train station in six minutes and to the A4 motorway in 15 minutes. On-site parking is available for a daily fee, and Dresden Airport (DRS) is 70 minutes away by car. Here on business The hotel's five light-flooded meeting rooms can be combined to create one large space for up to 150 guests. There's free WiFi all through the hotel and a Business Centre in the lobby. The Volkswagen Sachsen headquarters are 15 minutes' drive away and it s six minutes to Johnson Controls. Many of Zwickau s attractions are less than five minutes' walk from the hotel. These include the former home of the Romantic-era composer Robert Schumann , the medieval Priesterh user museum and the shops of Zwickau Arcaden . It's easy to get around thanks to the hotel's free bike rental . The spacious rooms offer a pillow menu for a good night's sleep, and kids stay and eat for free at this family-friendly hotel. Connection is difficult some times kicking you off the net too often.

Holiday Inn Express® Lichfield is two miles from the city centre and a 10-minute drive from Lichfield Trent Valley station for direct trains to Birmingham and London. Birmingham Airport (BHX) is less than 30 minutes away via the M6.
Tour the beautiful Lichfield Cathedral, the only medieval three-spired cathedral in the UK or pay your respects to fallen soldiers of WW1 at the National Memorial Arboretum, eight miles away. Visit The Samuel Johnson Birthplace Museum to learn about the history of the English writer or enjoy a family day out at Drayton Manor, 15 minutes away.
Stroll through the gardens and woodland at Beacon Park or for an adrenaline rush, head to SnowDome for skiing, snowboarding and ice skating, just 15 minutes away.
Order simple food around the clock from the licensed bar. Settle down in your convenient guest room with a TV, free Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding. When you wake up, head to the free breakfast buffet for bacon baps, scrambled eggs and yoghurt with granola.

A smart, modern hotel less than 15 minutes' drive from Cheltenham, with top-of-the-line conference facilities, a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and more.
The hotel is just off the M5 and about an hour's drive from both Bristol International Airport (BRS) and Birmingham Airport (BHX). It's an 11-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which takes you directly to the center of Gloucester.
Here on a break? Gloucester Cathedral a Harry Potter filming location is 11 minutes' drive from the hotel, and Gloucester Quays and Gloucester Docks are only about two minutes from there. For racegoers, there is easy access to Cheltenham Racecourse, 9.7 miles, Or catch a game at Kingsholm Stadium, home ground of Gloucester Rugby less than 2 miles from the hotel.

Poor breakfast

Staff were friendly on arrival. Room was clean but the decor is looking very tired, carpet stained, veneer to bedside tables chipped and missing in areas.
Breakfast was very poor with very limited hot food - only sausages, scrambled egg and baked beans. No sausages nor eggs when we arrived for breakfast. No fruit in fruit bowl nor fruit salad. Asked a waiter if the fruit/ grapefruit would be replenished we were told it had run out. Hot food replenished after 10 mins but soon went as there was a considerable number of people waiting for the food.
The breakfast room was very cramped and not enough seats to cater for everybody. Tables were so close together I couldn't get out of my seat to get to the breakfast offer without asking 2 complete strangers to move.

The Holiday Inn® Haydock M6, Jct.23 hotel is located just off the M6 motorway near Newton-le-Willows and six miles from St. Helens. It is about halfway between Liverpool and Manchester. Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff were so friendly especially in the restaurant. Children loved the swimming pool and the fact that kids eat free made this a totally affordable break away. Had an interconnecting family room that worked really well.
